We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsFor us it was fine for one night. But to stay longer: the place did not really have a nice atmosphere. It was efficient but lacked soul. Then again, we did not like the vibe of San Andres anyhow. So maybe it was us.
We only stayed for 1 night as we moved on to Providencia the next morning. For that purpose the hotel was very convenient located close to the airport. Very clean spacious rooms with large king size bed, good airconditioning, kitchenette and small but good bathroom. Breakfast was good.

the location is excellent; not far from the downtown; quiet and ideal to have a good rest .. away from the noise and the loud music form the downtown. the no noise policy ; no speakers in the hotel .. make it peaceful the staff; is gentle; happy to help you. NetherlandsRoom: Our room when we arrived had several issues, there was a problem with the electricity because the stove wasn’t properly maintained, the shower didn’t had hot water, the cutlery wasn’t very clean and the dishes/cups weren’t microwave save (through there was a microwave). It took to the hotel 2 days to change us to another room because it was full. Payment: It took several days of trying for the hotel to be able to charge my credit card I was expecting my reservation to be charged directly through booking.com but that wasn’t the case
Location: The hotel is located 10 min (walking) away from the city center and the beach. It has shops for groceries and a drugstore nearby. Comfort: The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The pool is in the roof top with a nice view over the city. Cleanliness: The hotel facilities and in general the room was clean and up to the standards for covid-19 (use of mask and sanitizer available) Staff: The staff was very friendly and willing to help (we had to find medicines late at night and they helped us finding someone to help)

United StatesThe location was not great. It was a 10 minute walk to the main area with all the restaurants. It is also across the street from a school so very load in the morning. Our shower had a bunch of calcium buildup so we had to get on a chair and clean It for It to work well. This is a common lack of maintenance.
The bed was comfortable but they don't use fitted bottom sheets so this became a problem during the night. The rooftop pool is great and has an excellent view. The kitchenette was handy, the a/c was very good. Really good blackout drapes.
