I loved the rooftop pool and the service, the staff was always so helpful and nice. The rooms were very cute and clean. A great place to stay not only for what I mentioned but for its location. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops.

My wife and I were visiting friends and wanted something a little more romantic with a little sexy slant and it was great, we really liked it, kind of a Bogota honeymoon. Hotel staff were of course totally amazing (Colombian service is legendary!) Breakfast was awesome!

1. Due to pandemic, breakfast is frankly poor. 2. Distant noise and music coming from the terrace reaches upper floor rooms. Noise level is quite tolerable, though. 3. There's no mini bar nor coffee pods due to bio safety measures in principe, but I don't quite get the logic. Calling for refills is a waste of time and actually exposes the guest and employees to additional contact points. Also, more attention is needed to proper refilling of toilet paper, hair products and soap, etc.

1. The attitude of staff - they are the kindest staff I've ever seen in a hotel, from breakfast to reception desk, they help you, they take your order if room service's lines are down or busy, open the doors for you, lend you umbrellas, calling you by your name, always focused on making you feel special and welcome. 2. This is a design hotel, so design in general is modern, dazzling and original, and the hot swimming pool in the rooftop is simply out of this world. 3. Finally, location is everything. You are in the financial and commercial heart of the city, surrounded by the most compelling private buildings of the whole capital, steps away from top restaurants, shopping centers, shopping streets and very importantly, a relatively safe and well monitored area.

The best managed hotel in Bogotá in my opinion. Staff are fantastic and couldn’t do more to help you. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond to deal with queries and was clearly liked by the staff. I’ll make this my go to hotel whenever I’m on business in Bogotá. Great room, staff, best breakfast and great area.

The breakfast was good but very limited options, not to a standard of a 5 star hotel. The hotel also booked the rooftop for an event at since point making it impossible for guests to quietly enjoy the pool

Honestly the Spa service wasn't great. The ladies were very nice but I just felt like the the pressure of the massage and the "facial" was totally half done.

The customer service is Great! Breakfast was very good, the bar on the rooftop was Great. The front desk helped me a lot with getting me around town and also having the option to hire a driver per hour was a Great option.

The staff was very unprofessional and made the stay unpleasant. First they were running after us to pay for every coffee instead of charging a deposit at the beginning of our stay. Then the spa booking was a disaster with double booking and mix of timing etc.

They closed the roof top pool and the bar for the whole day and evening . This was one of the best features of the hotel . I would if cancelled and booked somewhere else . The hotel should make guests aware in advance

Rooms, shower, bed, and location are great. Roof top bar and pool is cool but was not able to be accessed two out of my three days because of a private event. Suggest future guests ask if it will be open …

Ac never worked. it seems they control it remotely and turned mine off. despite of numerous complaints it never got fixed. Staff was not helpful with questions or concerns.
