Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStreet traffic noise if you are in the street facing room. However, after about 10:30pm the noise is a lot less. I slept just fine.
Close to the beach and restaurants. This hotel is perfect for a place to sleep with great cable and AC comfortable bathroom. There is room cleaning services and 24 hour doorman. This is great value for the main beautiful tourist beach on the island only 1/2 block away.. Offers rise off sand shower on first floor. (No showers on beach)

ColombiaThe room door did not close well, the beds did not have sheets nor blankets It was just a cover, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The Tv did not worked well you cannot lower the volume also you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. A complete disaster this hotel - no worthy for the money.
