I loved my stay at Botanico Hostel. The staff is attentive and their readiness to help was beyond the call of duty. The hostel’s rooftop is great for having a chilled evening or for doing yoga in the morning. Also, you are provided with an unlimited amount of free coffee and tea, and you can watch Netflix in the chill-out area. Moreover, the beds are extremely comfy. Lastly, the Botanico Hostel is located in the historical part of the city with many of the main attractions close by.

A bit more natural light would have been nice in our room as it only had a small window, but I'm picking at straws!

Great atmosphere without being a full blown party hostel. Lovely sunny rooftop area for during the day and a buzzy bar in the downstairs patio at night. We had a private room and the bed was the comfiest we'd slept on in a long time! Very friendly staff who are always available to help. Delicious and v affordable breakfast also available as an additional each morning. Kitchen also very clean and available for general use, though we ended up eating out most evenings as there were so many great options nearby. Property is walking distance from Montserrat, museums etc. Couldn't recommend more!

The hostel is perfect for a city hostel! It has everything what you might need, comfti beds, nice areas for socializing, and well located in the historic center of Bogotá, it is well organized, has a bar and exceptional staff.

I booked this accommodation 6 months in advance but on arrival , late in the evening and after a long 9 hour bus ride we were informed that our room was overbooked, the hostel blamed booking.com but this was irrelevant to us as we had to pay alot more that time of the night to stay in a location else where. We were given a free drink and the cost of a taxi but it was no doubt a bad experience for us which left us out of pocket .

This is a lovely hostel situated in the Old Town. Big and spacious, kind and helpful staff. Clean beautiful rooms set in garden. Not a party hostel, but has a nice bar and social vibe offering a selection of activities including daily yoga. Excellent cheap breakfast available Good value dor money

Nothing to complain, really chill stay.

The hostel is super cozy and well located in La Candelaria, which is where a lot of touristic spots are. All the staff are super nice, beds are comfy, people clean the place all the time. Wifi is stable and there are some comfy spots to open the computer if you need to work. Super recommend!

Dorm is very closed by public and party area. But good music and ends at 11 p. M.

The bathrooms where not so great and the bunk bed was very high and a little hard to get into. But that was manageable.

Breakfast was great value for money. Simple choice of eggs cooked by the staff to order.

My room was a bit cold at nights, but it's Bogota not Cartagena. Under two duvets it was fine.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, polite and involved. This is what you really expect when getting to a new city. I also loved their terrace. It's a perfect place to have breakfast or to enjoy watching sunsets.

the bathrooms sometimes were slippery just with how the shower is laid out. only a small thing.

really good location. very helpful then helped set up a transfer from the airport when I arrived at 4am. morning yoga on the rooftop is a beautiful experience, followed by lovely breakfast. loved that there was coffee free flowing from 7am, help yourself
