The shower trap seemed clogged because the water was getting stagnant, and there was also some trash under the bed.

Location was good. 15 min walking from a popular beach and shops.

The hotel was very pretty, they have made it out to look like a castle. They unfortunatly didn't have an early check in, but they let us store our luggage and use the pool till our check in time came. The pool was nice and clean and warm. My kids had a blast swimming the 2 days we stayed there. Breakfast was adequate and they have coffee available all day. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. They have hot water in the shower which is always a plus when you travel to small islands. They are VERY pet friendly and have several dogs and cats on site that roam the hotel at their leisure. My kids loved petting and playing with them. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend them to others.

Our room felt like it was put together with furniture left over from other rooms and it had an old fridge that made lots of noise.

The location of as great, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and the pool areas was lovely.

The water smelled weird. Sort of like rotten algae. And the electricity plugs were not working properly so recharging batteries and mobiles was kind of tricky.

The property is well designed for tourism. Although I never used the pool and always had breakfast in different places around the island.

I had reservations for 3 rooms and they had us all separated. One of the room was filled with mosquitos and the 1 air conditioner was not working at all. I asked to change rooms and was told they didn’t have which was not true. They just refused to change the rooms. They have one dog that wants to bite you and the owner just says that is there way of saying hi. For breakfast they are short staffed that we asked for a certain dish the lady started to cry telling us that she was alone and had a long line.

The view is great even the location of the place right next to airport a 15 minute walk

The breakfast was not a very good experience overall because the lines took too long since members of the staff served each guest.

The hotel is really, really beautiful and offered stunning views. The bedroom we got in 4 could easily accommodate 6 people, very comfortable with SMARTV and a big bathroom. The staff, specially Lidia, was extremely helpful to all we needed.

the pool was nice, staff was also very helpful and nice. I guess the only downside would be the location, since it’s not very central (but honestly, shouldn’t be a problem). we liked the vibes and the fact that they don’t play music out loud. also, they take care of pets and it’s very cute.

The family room was very cramped and quite basic. A key issue was having to queue up to get breakfast from a serving hatch every morning. This would take over half an hour and isn't something I've seen in other hotels. It would be much better if it could be served at the table or from a buffet.

Loved the pool area, the rescue animals and the free coffee at any time of the day.

The staff were lovely. Good service. Arranged a motor bike for us (best to have own transport such as bike or other rental vehicle but you need a motor bike licence to rent a bike). As for any negative comments about the dogs and cats, I disagree. The place was super clean, the dogs and cats super cute and friendly. Suited us very well on our stopover on the was to Isla de Providencia

The hotel is actually a perfect distance away from the main beach area and all the noise and chaos that comes with it. It’s a very easy walk from the boardwalk, however there are no street lights in areas, and walking home after dark alone made me a bit nervous.

This hotel was beautiful! The entire space was tranquil and relaxing. My room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. The shower had very hot water too! Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great! I am sad I didn’t have more time to spend there in the pool area, as I was away at the beach all day.

The breakfast could be more organised. A self-service buffet would be much faster instead of taking long queues. There is also room for improvement in the pool area, a bar there would be very successful.
