The laundry service is expensive (payed per piece) and the clothes were not clean. Some got smaller. Would not recommend to use it.

Just two streets from very nice restaurants and within the beautiful old city. The room was very clean and well prepared. The roof top bar is a nice touch with good drinks.

The staff was super nice, very attentive to the guests' needs. Gave us recommendations about places to go and the location was very convenient, very close to the bay and the historic center. It's very close to a main street as well, where tourists can have easy access to transportation.

Room was in the back with no view or balcony. Noisy in the am with a radio playing from next door. The pool was not really usable and the hot tub on the roof was too small as was the lower one. High price for what we paid for.

This is the first time in my life I had to pay for toiletries!! Once checking out they reviewed the room and they told us that we had to pay for the razor kit and the toothbrush. You can imagine my reaction!! This is not a four star hotel. There is no elevator and three flors, so take that in mind if you are travelling with a big suitcase… finally, the pool is the size of a big bath, and it is right there in the middle of the staircase. Breakfast is poor, they don’t even have bread (they serve you crackers instead).

It needed to be cleaned and updated, and my main issue was that the staff wasn’t up front and honest. They put basic toiletries in the room like any normal hotel does, so I used a little bit of the toothpaste and then they chased me out the door when I left telling me I owed them money for the toothpaste. Really glad I didn’t use any of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. who knows how much they would’ve said I owe! I will not be back nor recommending this place to anyone.

The location was walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ac worked well.

The pool is kind of silly. Its a tiny little pluge pool in the middle of the lobby area. There is probably a better use for the space, pretty sure no one goes in it. The rooms werre also small, but that was a big downside as we were still able to move around just fine.

We were in a great location, close to the main square and all the downtown spots. For our family of 4, our two rooms were connected which was really helpful.

The pool is tiny and is basically in reception under the stairs. Really noisy at night from other apartments and people on the street! Breakfast poor

Location is good close to restaurants and bars, safe in that they lock the front gate and let you in! Room was basic but clean. Smart Tv! AC worked but was very noisy
