The locker in the room was locked and the receptionist was too lazy to seek for the key, which seems to be in a huge char mixed with batteries. We didn't insist. There was also no remote control for the TV, but we neither complained about that. The couch is extendable and relatively comfortable. However, it was a bit dirty and there were no bed sheets to it. There was loud music from the bar below until around midnight.

There are many restaurants in the same street. There was a big TV. It was relatively cheap.

Our room was located right next to the bar and reception, so there was a lot of noise until very late in the night. Moreover, the hotel doesn't have its own water supply, which is very uncomfortable right now with the water shortage that Bogotá is going through.

Rooms are cozy, bathrooms a bit basic and being behind a restaurant you hear all the music from outside, and even when people talk in the lobby you hear it like is inside the room. Booked one monday night only to go to the airport early morning. Music and noise ended around 12-1am. Not sure if they go louder on weekends. If you want to rest to save energy for the day, probably this is not the option. Otherwise, the room abd location are great

A window wasn't enough covered by the curtain, so the light of the corridor at night was annoying for me to sleep. The bar closes at twelve, so if you want to go to bed early, it will be difficult for you to get sleep due to the loud music, perhaps because my room was next to the lobby.

The hotel offers a good service, they allowed me to settle in the room before the Check-in hour without charge. The breakfast was awesome and the food that they served in the restaurant outside was delightful as well. The wifi connection was fast (Possibly because my room was close to the reception). It's important to point out that the hotel is located in a very nice zone with many restaurants, cafes, and bars, that's a big advantage of this hotel.

They advertise a price in booking.com that is inexpensive at approx 60,000 and when you arrive they tell you about the "Mandatory" insurance of 30,000 that you have to pay then we argue for 10 min and they finally agree to give you the room for the correct price of 60,000 that it is advertised on booking when you book as total price. I've stayed here 6 times and it's the same. Also the TV didn't work correctly the last visit and they don't have rooms with windows to the outside? And the time before last all the rooms smelled like paint and even though I booked a larger room they only had the smaller one...

The price once they agree to charge the amount the reservation lists.

I booked 2 rooms, 3 days in advance and received confirmation. The hotel sent me a message at 9am in the check in day asking if I wanted 2 rooms. I confirmed at about 1pm and said Yes. They told me they only had 1 room available. I told them I had 2 rooms and confirmations, and they said "Ok, but we only have 1 room available". Upon check in, my friends compromised and all agreed for 3 to stay in 1 room because it was the suite. The hotel then had the audacity to chase me around and tell me "that room was reserved for 2 people, so I need to pay additional for the 3rd person". Wow. They told me they only had one room available because another guest wanted to extend their stay and since I didn't respond right away to their booking.com message, they gave the room away, so it was my fault. . Wow again. For what it's worth, I tried to contact booking.com through the app upon check in to rectify this, they didn't respond. Later I checked out and went to another hotel, and called booking.com customer service. Spent 1 hour on the phone with them, they said "we will have a language person on our team contact the hotel, and we will get back to you within 24 hours", That was 4 days ago, but I do have an automated bot message from booking.com customer service that someone will be getting back to me in "24 hours". Good job helping me fix this booking.com.

They are in a great location in Zona G. Close to restaurants and the middle of the zone. Easy to walk to everyone from the location.

The room is right next to the hall with a very bright light and very noisy, it has a restaurant with music and people from the staff talking very loud in front of our room. It was a very bad experience. It was impossible to rest.

It was dirty. The bed, the desk, the bathroom There were no towels. No soap or any cleaning thing for me to use. The room is not what it seems on the pictures. It looked cheap and poor The room looked old and used. The shower curtain felt down with just touching it. No windows At 1:40 in the morning I heard people talking really loud and really loud noises outside my room till 3 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep I paid two night but because it was awful I only stayed one and they didn’t even bother of giving half of the money back.

It was not clean. There was no elevator. The hotel told us the confirmed room was not available so we end up paying much more in order to get a room. We were traveling with our baby grand children and the access was not easy. There was no hot water in the shower. It was not clean.

The location is very good but the hotel is literally over a very noisy bar.
