Too far and costly from the towns closed to it.

The air conditioner in our room did not work for the first 3 nights, we reported it every morning, they sent someone, but it wasn't fixed until the last night.

One drawback was the limited dining options on-site, with only one restaurant that didn't offer traditional cuisine. While the snack areas were a decent alternative, for those wanting to savor local flavors, venturing outside the hotel became necessary. Additionally, the uniforms for the staff in the snack area appeared to be too warm for the weather, which may have made their working conditions uncomfortable.

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views. Every moment spent here was a true escape into comfort and elegance. A must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay.

There was a strong musty smell in some of the rooms. I’m not quite sure what it was. I had to ask for a new room. There were no problems with that very accommodating.

Nice stuff, kid friendly. My son loved the water park, the big pools and the train. I went with my parents and my husband and they loved it as well.

Excelente amenities and service. Very clean and beautiful. Only downside was that the pool was a little cold so my daughter (4 years old) didn’t stay in as long as she would have otherwise.

Everything was great, especially the friendly staff all around, also the facilities and the beautiful chapel in the middle. Great food, nice pools, kiosk bar with talented pianist every night, wonderful experience overall, we'll come back!

Didn't have a spa. Wish kids attractions were a bit less expensive. Kids pool should close a bit later

Great resort for Families. Kids had a blast and there was so much to do every night. The shows and activities offered were EXCEPTIONAL.The quality of the restaurant food was incredible . Every item in the menu exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredible and always willing to help and go out of their way to assist. We were a party of 16 and it was the perfect resort for a large group. My only observation would be that, I wish the resort had a Spa. But they are going to renovations so Im sure that would be an addition.

The hours for the opening and closing of some attractions, the water of the kids’ pool park wasn’t warm but too cold.

The breakfast was outstanding mainly the fruit station, the pool park for kids was awesome as well as the little train made everything easier to meet every facility faster.

there was too much noise in the morning. The breakfast was not great, not a lot of choices and not so many fresh options.

The location was really beautiful, the staff friendly and the amenities correct.

the aquapark staff allowed kids over the permitted age to enter. Also, we found upon arrival that the gokarts were only avialable for adults, a change in their policies that is stated otherwise in the webpage. Many guest had the same info issue.
