United KingdomEverything about this place exceeded our expectation. The accomodation is a new build so everything is clean and works well, good A/C in the rooms. The staff were great at answering any questions and helping out with trips and arriving at the hotel. We did the snorkelling tour and really enjoyed seeing crystal clear waters. Arriving at the location from Cartagena was a bit confusing but Camilo helped us arrange it. Bear in mind there is limited water on the island so worth bringing some with you for the first day or so.

United StatesJust know ahead of time that there’s limited water on the island and there’s no refreshing shower at the end of the day. Not a big deal.
Relaxing, beautiful location. Good food. Very accommodating staff. The entire staff took great care in being mindful of food allergies, helped us get cash when we ran out, and arranged both a tour of Rosario Islands and our travel back to Cartegena.

The location! The private beach was so nice! No one is trying to constantly sell you things. and the host is very accommodating. Take him up on his offer to help with your travel to Carey beach though!

United KingdomThe drive to get there had lots of people who were trying to stop your car (at times very forcefully by placing themselves in front of the car etc), do not stop! We would have appreciated knowing this beforehand so we'd be prepared. If you go in a taxi, the driver will know, but we hired a car.
Secluded and peaceful, friendly people and dogs, right on the beach. Food and cocktails were really good, staff were really helpful and friendly, we could use one of the canoes as well which was lovely.

United StatesDuring our one-night stay, from about 10 pm until morning, there was loud beat music coming from a party at a nearby beach house, approximately three houses away. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep. We were told by the host this happens from time to time. Action by the owner (or hosts) needs to be taken to prevent the all-night music from happening again.
Great hosts Pedro & Virginia. Very nice breakfast and dinner. Terrific location on the water, very relaxing.

United StatesI did not like the rigidity and control of the people handling the booking and the money. ( that you will never meet) We had to pay food ahead without knowing if we are there. Paying after each meal would be fair .
Amazing private beach in a little paradise at the sea. Thé experience was beyond expectation and the staff, Pedro and Virginia made it very special. Virginia is a very good cook and gifted massage therapist. I got a fantastic massage at the lobby right at the beach . Pedro took us to a private tour around the Rosario’s Islands. We saw several of them . We visited the aquarium, saw a dolphin show. Pedro show us also a native village. Then we went to swim in a beautiful beach. His tour are priceless and affordable. I strongly recommend. If you are around any isla del Rosario call Virginia or Pedro at : +57 315 744 7905 Pedro will go to you ! This was my best experience of the vacation!

ColombiaThere were a few bugs that made it into the house so some traps would be nice. It definitely did not ruin the experience but a bit of attention here would make a big difference.
I really liked the service with the private chef at the outdoor kitchen and patio by the beach. The food was delicious every meal of the day and I've never experienced that kind of private service before for this price.

United StatesThe transportation to the island was very sketchy they made us pay for the trip back in advance then tried to charge us extra on the way back. At the boat dock theres alot of young men hanging out hounding you for tips one got mad at me about it so me and my wife were very nervous till our car arrived.
The Manager was very accommodating. The service was good and friendly. The food was good.

ColombiaThere is only one dish basically for lunch and dinner, tho the chef Flor is very good, the plate is very expensive. We wanted to have lobster, so the guy helped us to buy 2 for 150000 pesos. But they want to charge us 580000 for the whole meal! I don’t understand how they came up with the number, cuz besides the lobsters, there were only a portion of salad, plantain and rice! Eventually we agreed on 300000 for the 2 full plates of lobster dinner. When we are leaving, they want 1,200,000 pesos for all the food we had there, but when I did the maths, it was 750000 pesos. We paid in cash cuz the card machine wasn’t working. The whole experience was not very pleasant for us so we will never go back.
It is very clean. And the private beach is quiet and clean too.

Austriathe prices of the food are ridiculously high - they wanted 40 000 for a breakfast arepa which really feels like a rip off. not even mentioning the prices for dinner etc.
the house is really nice and clean beds are very comfortable location is quite unique and calm you can reach a 3 star resort by foot from there which is way cheaper regarding food, best service and nicest beach. you have to walk 2 min passing a lot of dogs that are barking and a bit scary in the night.
