No negatives at all, we look forward to spending another night at the hotel before our return flight home.

Great location, close to the main sights. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet by an inner courtyard. Lovely breakfast too and we left our bag with warmer clothes there, which we won't need until we return to Bogota.

We don’t have any windows for fresh air in our room. The doors had glass but you couldn’t open them.

I don't think there is anything we didn't like about this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the centre of La Candelaria, everything we wanted to see in Bogata was on our doorstep. The staff in this hotel are so friendly and helpful. Also need to mention the delicious breakfast of local fruits, eggs and toast every morning.

The building is quite noisy. When recovering from a jet lag, not the best place to rest. Also, pillows could be better.

WiFi was unreliable during my stay (perhaps normally it works better)

I had a spacious, cosy room upstairs at the back, so it was also blissfully quiet. Enough shelves etc to spread your stuff on, hot showers, friendly service, tasty breakfast.

The floors were a little uneven and creaky but it is an older building so it is what can be expected. Once you got used to it, it was fine!

Room was clean and the washroom spacious. The room was rustic, not a new build, with wooden floors and door. I was concerned that staying in a courtyard facing room would be noisy but it was quiet. Gabriel at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. I appreciated his kind and attentive service during my check in and stay.

The hotel is very well situated in La candelaria. The breakfast was very good and the staff really nice. They let us store our luggage during the day after check out.

This place has everything. Location, super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms are the best we've been in, bathroom spotlessly clean and it even had scented sheets. Leaves all other similarly priced hotels in the dust and we wish we could have stayed here longer! :)

Could be very noisy when guests were checking out early in the morning - not much soundproofing so even quiet people sounded very loud

The old colonial house was really lovely, if a bit in need of maintenance, as most old buildings do.

The location, in the old part of the city, was excellent. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts were served and very tasty. Not for you if you like a big breakfast bar. There are also two courtyards for relaxation.
