Great central location for us, we felt safe around. Staff was really nice and helpful. 24/7 reception too. The rooms are quite basic, but fair for the budget. Good breakfast, too.

It was a bit noisy at night as there is a busy road outside. But it didn't bother us too much we still got a good night sleep.

great staff, very kind and willing to help. The location is great. It is in a nice street with attractions nearby. Tons of transportation available. Rooms are comfy. I did not hear noise from outside.

Lovely, well maintained old home. Common spaces were very inviting, and our room was beautiful (high ceilings, nicely furnished, seating area). Firm mattress, hot water (even at sink). Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

- The most friendly staff I have ever met. Alfredo and other boy working at the reception were amazing. Also staff from kitchen - close to all turist spots such as Museum of Gold, square and also supermarkets - nex hotel you can buy sim card and charge it - clean room and bathroom - great recomendations - good breakfast including fruit, fresh juice, eggs, bread, coffee (maybe I would add a bit more of bread, but if you ask no problem they will add) - the last day when we left earlier they prepared us great breakfast package

Vere pretty hotel in an old colonial house with stunning ceilings located few min walking from the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast and possibility to drop luggage in a safe room after checkout.

There was quite a lot of noise from people entering and exiting, especially from the stairs. That's how it is in an old building. The breakfast was good, but very simple. It seems like it's a general thing that breakfasts in Colombian hotels are quite small though.

Perfect location in the historic district. Generally speaking, the staff was very friendly (except for a grumpy guy when we checked in).

Some of the rooms are a little bit noisy, because their windows look at the busy street.

The location is very convenient to see the historical center, everything is on a walking distance. The staff was helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel is very interesting. Our room was quite and comfortable. The cleanness was on a very high level.

It is far from a 4 star hotel!!! A pity it is advertised as so, because that is dissapointing when you see it!! No heaters or fans or aircond. The rooms are noisy, even those not on the road - if a guest decides to speak laudly in the patio, he disturbes all the rooms in that patio, as happened to us. Rooms a bit shabby, need refreshening, not a clean feeling.

The hotel is in a nice old building with internal patios. Breakfast room nice (simple breakfast, scramblles eggs +onion tomato, bread, butter jam coffee orange juice). Nicely served.
