We loved the accommodation! The team was very kind to us, from arrival to departure. The facilities also exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation :)

The window facing an interior area (not the main courtyard) had no lock, anyone could have gone into my room from outside, this was very concerning for me especially since you can see it was possible to access the room via a ladder that was there. The main room door also was a push button lock only with no other locks (easy to break into). The shower took a while to heat up, then gets cold fast, before hearing up again.

Staff are quick to let you in, they use a doorbell to let you in 24/7, feels very safe. Staff are nice. Room had much needed air conditioning. Room was clean. Location was nice and quiet, better than being closer to the town's main streets and squares. Location was easy to get a taxi/Uber to without getting stuck in traffic.

The hotel is ideally located. The staff especially Milena at front desk was super helpful. Spotlessly clean. Everything was great, the only reason I didn’t give a 10 was the room felt a bit claustrophobic but then again a lot of accommodation in Colombia have no window or a tiny one that overlooks the hallway and hence has to be shut with curtain as to maintain privacy.

Take bug spray. Lots of insects in Cartagena. ! Can be noisy at night but that is no fault of the hotel.

A hidden gem! A shout out to Neenie Johanna! Amazing staff that go above and beyond. Gorgeous Casa in the walled old town. Supermarket close by as are restaurants and shopping. The pool and rooftop spa are amazing.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool was a little difficult to get to and out of.

Beautiful, colorful little hotel, like a little oasis in the walled city. The jacuzzi upstairs was great, we spent lots of time up there. Breakfast was nice.

The beds were small and the mattresses were really uncomfortable, hard to shower on the second floor due to the lack of water, not enough water pressure on the second floor shower.

The property is in an nice area close to everything including a nice shopping center, great restaurants and places to have fun, beautiful house, and well decorated, the breakfast was good for the value.

This is my second time staying here because I LIKED it so much -room number 1 is smaller though than others so if room size matters much to you ask for a different one -they will accommodate you if possible.

The kitchen could do with an upgrade of utensils. Also the apartment is for 5, but only 4 chairs at table. The internet in the apartment is not functioning. It is a shame since it would be easy to install well functioning Wi-Fi as there is in the rest of the hotel. These are small annoyances though and it didn’t affect our stay - but I recommend the hotel to fix these small bugs for an even better stay.

Very clean rooms, nice small pool which with a family of three boys was great to have - felt like a private pool. The apartment was good, bit quirky with a funny staircase but functional and characterful. Good location just a few streets away from the busier part of town. Nice restaurants nearby.

Casa Gloria is such a cute little hotel. It's located walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The daily breakfasts were affordable and convenient for when we needed something quick. The staff was very polite and the rooms were always cleaned and tidy. The pool is small but well kept and worth jumping in after a long day in the heat.
