We really liked everything. The one thing that maybe we would like is that someone of the staff speaks a little English. But this didn't ruin our impression of this place. Google translate took care of everything! :)

We liked everything in Casa Jaguar. Lady, Dani, Katy and Loma (I'm not sure about the last name) are very nice and ready to help you any way they can. Maria and Morgan were not there to meet us but they were super responsive in the chat so they helped us about a couple of things. They let us to check-out a little bit later, and we could left our luggage until leaving the casa and going to the airport. We would definitely come back to Cartagena to this place. Breakfast was amazing!!!

One aspect to take into consideration is the location, is a bit further (10-15 mins walk) from the “ciudad amurallada”, however if you don’t mind walking is not bad and it is a rather quiet street if you want to be able to rest. Apart from that, I would only suggest to have more vegetarian options for lunch, but not a big deal since is easy to go somewhere else.

In general the accommodation was great, the room is a bit small but perfectly comfortable if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time inside. Good bed, good tv, and good AC. Service was specially great, everyone was very friendly, special recognition to Leidi, she was always smiling and willing to help, but really they were all awesome. Breakfast is really delicious and you can choose from different options. All really clean.

The rooms are quite small and the walls are thin. When people were in the pool it sounded like they were in our room so it didn’t feel like we had a ton of privacy.

The property is in an excellent location and attached to an amazing restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! The staff were very friendly and patient with us as we don’t speak any Spanish. We just used Google translate to communicate. The cool plunge pool was really nice to have as it was super hot while we were there.

Loved Casa Jaguar. Awesome location -- close to everything but still quiet and a great value. We slept great and really really enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning. Do yourself a favor and get the pancakes. I will be dreaming about those the rest of my life. The staff members (reception, wait staff at the resto, cleaning staff) were all so kind and helpful. This place is great, would absolutely stay there again.

I’m a returning guest at Casa Jaguar and was so so happy to be back. The place is so beautiful and ideal to relax in the vibrant city of Cartagena. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The food is delicious and the service with the biggest smiles! I can not recommend Casa Jaguar enough.

I would stay at Casa Jaguar again and again, and recommend it to everyone. The staff was SO kind and accommodating, they let me check in early when I was just hoping to store my bags. It's in a great location, easily walkable to Getsamani and the walled city but somehow very quiet and serene. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable with powerful AC. The plunge pool was great, too.

This isn’t a good place if you’re hoping for lots of advice and assistance from the staff as there is basically the staff who work in the restaurant and then the cleaner. But there are loads of travel agents everywhere if you want to book excursions.

Lovely rooms surrounding a courtyard with a small plunge pool. Delicious breakfasts - I think the best I had in Colombia. And it’s in a fantastic location in the heart of Getsemaní. Very comfortable bed. Staff in the cafe were super-friendly and kind.

The place is beautiful, an oasis in the middle of trendy/ busy Getsemaní. With only four rooms for guests, the place soon becomes a home. The food is delicious (best breakfast/brunch we had in Cartagena). But the main thing is the hotel staff: simply wow. These people will go above and beyond (and then some!) To make you feel taken care of, like family. A very special shout out to Leidy, Gabriela, Kelly, Fanny, Aura. Our home away from home. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!!

The room was very clean and smelled amazing. Good, quiet location, just a few minutes from the main streets in Getsemani. The historic centre was maybe a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was really kind even though we did not speak Spanish, they did everything to help us make a choice for breakfast.

Stunning and quaint - we loved this hotel! Would book again! Rooms are quiet, great AC and wifi, and showers have good pressure. Staff is so sweet and the breakfast is the best we have had in South America.
