I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It is a small boutique with only 7 rooms. Very peaceful and well located. Breakfast was excellent local fare. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

there are only two bottles of water in the room and no access to drinking water in the hotel. With heat and humidity all around us we ended up having to go to the store each night to buy water, not really the right thing.

Lovely boutique hotel, located in a centric yet not loud area. We were treated nicely. Breakfast were both delicious and generous. We hope to be back!

Amazing location in walled city. Right near the Sofitel and the Anthony Bourdain TV show Ceviche place. Property felt very clean / fresh / updated. Great service and food.

Staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful. Yosairo from reception went beyond whats expected and helped us to make our Cartagena trip amazing. From restaurants, trips…gave us lots of options, no pushing into anything. Just genuine help. Well done. Room we got was quite small but cozy and super comfortable.

Regrettably, I encountered a dissatisfactory check-out experience at the hotel. Despite leaving later than initially intended due to feeling unwell, I received no information or acknowledgment regarding potential late fees. This lack of communication and understanding was disappointing. Furthermore, the staff was aware of my illness as a nurse had visited me earlier, making their unprofessional conduct even more concerning.

The hotel boasts a favorable location and offers a peaceful atmosphere despite occasional external noise. The breakfast provided is of high quality, and the rooms are well-maintained and clean. Notably, Alberto provides exceptional service to the hotel guests.

The breakfast room needs better distribution of furniture so that more than two couples at a time can eat in comfort. Otherwise someone needs to eat outside in the heat. We had a couple of small maintenance requests (a lamp whose switch didn’t work, a toilet flusher that was loose, an extra luggage rack) but no one ever attended to them. These didn’t really detract from an overall excellent stay, though.

The location was perfect—in fashionable, lively San Diego but on a quiet block. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the sound insulation was truly impressive—our room was at street level and right across from the reception area, which distressed us at first, but the extra glass door and multi-paned windows completely eliminated sound from outside. Breakfast was delicious and made-to-order, and we appreciated having several choices. We didn’t try out the small pool, but the jacuzzi on the roof was an unexpected treat (we didn’t ask to have it heated; room temperature was just fine for Cartagena). Personnel was generally pleasant. The cook, Faride, was delightful.
