The only thing we did not like as much was how many in-your-face street vendors there were outside the property; it gave the feeling of a busy central market, fairly intrusive.

We liked the staff the most, they were very kind and helpful, always with a smile. They helped us plan a trip to the National aviary and helped us feel always safe. The place is a lovely old house typical of the walled city. With its central location we found several great restaurants and bars close by.

We liked everything.

Perfect location. Very quiet. Safe. Up front communication with reception staff. Staff very helpful. Very tasty breakfest. Everything on time. I can only recommend Casa La Fe.

Well, they were working on the speakers in the pool area, so there was no music. Then again we weren't really there to hang out by the pool.

The breakfast was very adequate and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Dina. Dennis was also and fountain of knowledge and very helpful. Ariz was wonderful as the bartender. I would go back and stay here in a heartbeat.

The absence of a ramp

The location is great. Staff efficient and kind and helpful. The place is very nice. Breakfast was excelent. I would sugest a ramp for wherlchairs (The hotel was very kind giving us a room in the first floor)

Everything was great. Travelers should be aware pool is not very big but we were not there for the pool, great to sit and relax for a bit but not for swimming.

Excellent location, beautiful interior - like walking into a little oasis as you enter the courtyard with lush plants growing up the wall. Comfortable rooms, good ac. Friendly and patient staff - very helpful in arranging transportation (long car rides to Tayrona and Minca -for 2 different groups) - even on Christmas Day! Breakfast was also excellent - really enjoyed the lite/healthy options.

The lack of a lift might be a problem for some visitors though it was fine for us.

Beautiful building, with lovely plants and interesting and sometimes quite quirky artefacts throughout. It felt almost like being in someone’s home. It was a very individual take on a holiday property.

There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs. This was clearly explained when making reservations and not a minus, just a comment.

Breakfasts were OK. They had a fixed menu with several choices, including "healthy". There was no problem if you wanted to modify them and do some pick and choose. The location could not be better.

The hotel advertises a swimming pool, but it's more a dunking pool or large bathtub, Not big enough to actually swim in. More choices on the breakfast menu would be appreciated.

Great location. Easy walk to everywhere in the old city. Room, albeit on the small size, was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the cleaning staff left it pristine every day. Desk staff was always pleasant and helpful.
