We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The boss of the hotel is smiling more than 100 other people in Tolú all together. Or more than 500 men, which is too macho to smile at all. Strange. The hotel is perfectly placed, one block from the noisy beach street, and three blocks from the central square. Big back area. Nice bath. Good enough room with fridge and aircon.

My room was spacious and squeaky clean with a comfortable bed, shower, toilet and hooks for hanging wet stuff. It also had a mini refrigerator and a television although I didn’t require either. The Wi-Fi absolutely did not work in my room but worked perfectly in the common areas of the hotel. Nighttime was peaceful and quiet. No issues. Casa Hotel Las Antilles has a lovely garden-like patio where you can enjoy breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the location was great. It is located just one block from the ocean and about 3 blocks from the city center where the citizens of Tolu gather in the evening. As the sun begins to set, Tolu blossoms!

They are keen and meticulous in providing their service with excellence in every detail. I'm not exaggerating. That's why I went twice. Everything works! And they have extras like a basin to wash your beach shoes, as well as a coffee lounge. The location is perfect-a block away from the beach and very close to the center but without the noise. All of this is important if you want to sleep, rest, refresh yourself, and relax after touring the beaches. They have excellent information and connections for the tours, restaurants etc. Great staff. This pleasant hotel contributed to making my visit to Tolú an unforgettable experience.
