A bit too expensive but the price of the rest around is clearly okay so it balances out nicely

Everything was nice! The location is perfect? Away from the center but close enough, clean, literally in front of the beach, possibility to eat some snacks and have drinks in the restaurant, not that expensive. The private beach was also very nice to enjoy, transat and chairs with parasol and table

Beautiful little hotel only steps away from the sea. Lovely balcony where you could enjoy coffee in the morning. Though only a fan this was enough as there is always a strong breeze to keep you cool. Breakfast was tasty and different every day and there are good restaurants within easy walking distance. Carlos and Nelly are very friendly and helpful and make excellent pina coladas! the other staff were all very good aswell.

During breakfast, fruits were very scarce, we would have appreciated a bit more. No AC. Ceiling fans helped but it would be even more ideal if the patio door had a screen so no mosquitoes/bugs can come in. There was one big party on a Saturday night until 2 am but there is nothing you can do about that but keep an open mind and enjoy the music lol.

Taking into consideration the infrastructure of Rincon del Mar, Casa Sattva is an excellent choice. The welcome drink was really, really refreshing and appreciated after the hot trek to get to the hotel. Carlos was amazing, always providing top service and very helpful throughout our stay. A+ employee! Breakfast was decent (varied a little every day) but there is someone serving you breakfast so you cannot have as much as you would like. We liked the fact that everything was covered. Ideal location, right on the beach in a more quieter area of Rincon del Mar (except when there is a party).

The space and everyone working at Sattva were excellent. We thank Carlos and Nelly for a warm welcome and unforgettable stay. Highly recommend Casa Sattva and we hope to come back soon.

Having to leave this amazing place.

The staff were so attentive, they constantly predicted our needs. The hotel is situated on a quiet beach but is close to great bars and restaurants. The breakfast changed every day and was always freshly prepared. It's simply stunning.

Best location on the beach, friendly staff and amazing breakfasts! Entirely off grid: Solar power, rain water collection, local food. These gals don't just talk about it, they walk the walk.

Wonderful hotel in the best location possible with very nice owners. The beach is quiet and they give you your own loungers. We slept with the door opened to the sound of the waves. The view from the room is unbeatable. We couldn't have asked for more!

Traveling to Rincon del mar comes with some minor difficulties but honestly, casa sattva deals with them very well. They put solar panels and backup batteries for power supply and every room has an entire container of drinking water available.

We had a great stay at casa sattva. The rooms were very clean, staff are super friendly, special thanks to the lady in charge for the super warm welcome and trying to help us with our transfer. Location is amazing, they offer free paddle boards, the food is good.... In short, recommend!

It is VERY hot here and the hotel has no air conditioning, which was not mentioned on the Booking.com description. Nor was the cold-water only shower nor the direction to dispose of all used toilet paper in a can beside the toilet. Breakfasts were adequate but not special. For this we paid $125/night, which seems excessive for a remote fishing village with dirt roads.

Best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Carlos was our go-to guy, recommending restaurants, arranging money exchange (there are no ATMs in the village), and keeping the pool open for us so we could enjoy a cooling late-night dip before bed.

Did not have windows in rooms and no mosquito screens in the sliding doors to prevent mosquitos coming in at night. It was too hot not to leave sliding door open. Ceiling fan was not enough to cool the room. They really need to put in windows with screens or screen for the open door, as the wonderful sea breeze outside is more than enough to cool the room down.

Breakfast was tasty. They varied it daily. There was a delicious fruit, granola and yogurt cup and natural juice provided with breakfast every day.
