The breakfast was very poor. They offered fruit and just but never provided it. Also they provide butter but.its very exposed to germs.

The bedroom and beds are in really good condition. Beds are comfortable. Location is excellent to move around the city.

My room was a bit small, but fine.

Location: easy access to downtown and the airport via the Tranmilenial bus which os 5 minutes away. By foot. Restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Luggage storage available. Staff was helpful if not overly friendly. WiFi was fine. Hot water in the shower.

Our room was close to the breakfast area I think, anyways in the morning there was SO much noise. Children screaming, we heared so many people so loud. We couldn’t sleep in the morning. Also the bathroom was a little bit dirty with stains everywhere, but that’s okay for the price.

We went to a festival in Conferias and the hotel was in walking distance which was just great. We never tried the breakfast because we woke up too late every day.

It can be noisy; I think rooms on upper floor would be better, lower floor rooms are noisy - noise from within the hotel, guests snoring, talking, etc. The walls are thin.

Perhaps it is unavoidable to have young couples (professionals or students from the nearby college) come in to have intercourse given the cost/reward of this place. I don't mind it during the day but at night it is highly disturbing. I have stayed here several times because it is cheap, but that may also be a downside since some undesirable people (other than young couples) will be able to afford it too.

Breakfast is perfect to start your day, not big but nourishing enough. The location is a huge bonus. The staff's hospitality is what makes this place worth your money.

Staff unfriendly and rude . Room was awful. I’ve paid less for better accommodations. It was dark room , no window , noisy making almost imposing to sleep . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is designed so poorly that most of the rooms face internally e.g. the window looks onto the internal staircase, kitchen and main seating area. Not only does this mean poor lighting and privacy, but the noise disturbance all night was horrific. I didn’t sleep properly for the two nights I stayed there. Furthermore, the sheets that were on the bed didn’t fit the mattress and kept coming off, showing the filthy brown mattress that was underneath. There was also someone’s gum stuck to the wall beside the bed.

The staff was very nice! The hotel is in a nice location and there's a bus stop nearby. Our room was cleaned daily and soaps resupplied. Breakfast was very tasty too, though it's on the small side. Very happy with our stay!

at the moment to the breakfast the service was regular, the waitress didn’t ask us about our preferences, she supposed that we wanted bread and chocolate however, to other people she offered “arepa” and coffee whit milk. It was an so rude. The cleaning about the bathroom was so regular and we felt bad.

All was perfect in my stay, maybe improve having more electrical power connections available to charge the phone and connect the laptop.
