Punctuality: Breakfast wasn't served on time (20 minutes behind schedule) and transportation to the airport wasn't ready (45 minutes behind schedule). When you are in a time limit because you have a flight to catch every minute counts, especially if the hotel was chosen for the convenience of the location close to the airport.

Location is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I booked this hotel as it offered shuttle service at no extra charge, but with prior reservation. I duly requested the service, providing my flight information, and was informed it was subject to availability. I requested definitive confirmation if they would meet me or not, as I didn't want to be waiting uncertainly at the airport. They confirmed after three rounds of messages. Bottom line : You need to insist on confirmation if you want this service. Also, only available until 10pm. BREAKFAST: food yes, but not great. A buffet envigilated by a very stern person delivering small portions. When I asked him if he would clean a table for me (full of abandoned plates), he refused, and I had to sit, uncomfortably, at a bar.

Clean, confortable room. Adequate for an airport transit. I wouldn't recommend for more than that.

The guide they had didn’t speak English and I only understand basic Spanish, so I didn’t understand anything of the guided tour of the desert.

How early I had to wake up. I was not able to enjoy breakfast.

They offered breakfast, but I was not able to enjoy it as I needed to be at the airport at 4 am. But they offer breakfast. The hotel is closed to the airport and they offer a transportation complimentary service. Which is quite convinient.

Breakfast was not that good. Not a huge variety, no butter, only 1 sort of jam, not even honey or hazelnut spreadbread and the bread was already a bit dry.

The airport shuttle service was why we booked the hotel, but we ended up having to take a taxi because there was no shuttle scheduled for when we needed it.

The room was just great. The shower had hot water. Breakfast was comprehensive.

Musty odour in the corridor 4th floor. Lights in the breakfast dining room far too bright

The star member of this hotel was the lady serving dinner in the deli restaurant. She gas a delightful personality and would put a smile on the saddest of faces  She was very professional. The meal was one of the best I've had in Colombia in my five weeks in colombia. The reception staff were regimental in their attention to detail. I never observed any of the three reception desks unattended for one second. I needed a computer to buy an airline ticket, they didn't have one but umm let me use theirs with no fuss and when I needed documents printed for the airport they quickly provided copies through my WhatsApp. At breakfast I think I annoyed the girl serving with my requests but she handled me very professionally. I wanted a dark searing area and avocado and it was quickly given. Thank you

We missed our connection and were forced to stay overnight in Bogota. This hotel was a nice surprise. First, the free shuttle is convenient. Second, the common areas of the hotel were modern and clean. Third, the room was also modern and tidy. Fourth, the breakfast was tasty.

The towels were so crispy and hard and rough on the skin. The bed was hard. The air conditioning unit didn’t work properly and made awful sounds while on. When it was off the room got cold and humid quickly. The maintenance team came to fix it which took a lot of time. I ended up leaving it as I needed sleep. There was no fan in the bathroom so it got very hot and steamy in there. My hotel key didn’t work on the second day so I had to go and get it fixed. The worst part is that the complimentary hotel shuttle didn’t come and get me from the airport - I waited over an hour. So I took a taxi that cost me 4x the rate that it should have. I received no reply about the hotel shuttle. I tried to call many times to see where it was, no answer. One lady told me there wasn’t a complimentary shuttle - when it clearly states that there is.
