It's true that some of the rooms don't have the best ventilation resulting in them smelling of damp

They were so accommodating at check in allowing us to check-in early due to an early arrival into Medellin, we took a night bus and didn't get any sleep so we were very grateful for their generosity here.

We had one of the balcony rooms and stayed for 8 nights. The place was extremely clean with daily cleaning and towel replacement in the rooms. Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff with 24hr reception. Modern facilities with hot shower, fridge in the room. Very good value for money, hotel facilities at hostel prices! The location is also great, near plently of restaurants and bars.

We had a room with our own patio and a kitchen so we could cook. It would be nice if the kitchen carried some basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil etc. as well as kitchen towels, sponge etc. It is not very practical when we had to buy many basic things in order to cook a meal.

Lovely spot very conveniently located. Not all rooms have an external window but paid a little bit more for a balcony room which was exceptional. No breakfast currently as the breakfast room is being redone but loads of cafes within a couple of meters so all good!

The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable. A bathmat would be nice. They couldnt provide breakfast, not sure why not as they couldnt relay the reason but gave us money to eat somewhere else.

The room was nice and the staff friendly and tried to help even though they couldnt speak much English.

We didn’t have a window facing outside yet somehow it was still very noisy at night.. we could hear the music from nearby bar or wherever it was permeating thru the walls.

Staff were helpful, room was clean. Location is in a quieter part of Poblado which could be good or not depending on your preference.

In the rooms with balcony you can hear music from near bar bit loud until midnight.

Our room in hotel was very nice and modern. Location of hotel is in safe neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants around. It is close to metro station. Room was clean. We had even hot water, fridge and water kettle in our room which is not common in every hotel in Colombia. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recomended.

Air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep, even with earplugs.

Property was comfortable, apartment was well stocked and staff were very kind and helpful. Location is excellent, safe spot in Poblado and lots within walking distance.

It's a small detail, but there is no window towards outside. So, zero view at all.

The team and the owner are really amazing and really great people. They were there all the time and helped me out a lot, also with proposal for activities and organizing a taxi. The area is safe and there is a 24/7 service at the front desk. Everything is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is great too. I really would recommend the place to anyone!

The neighourhood is really busy and noisy, and some nights you could hear a bit of noise in the room. Not the end of the world, it didn't keep me up at night

The breakfast including was at the cozy cafe right next to the hotel. The ladies and kitchen staff were nice.. Unfortunately the portions were really less. One cup of coffee, a glass of oj, tiny portion of omelette, few slices of lettuce and tomatos plus a quarter slice of bread.

Perfect location. Nice and cozy interior room design. It's pretty noisy during night time coz parties everywhere. But it didn't bother us coz it's Medellin. Receptionist Diego and Diana were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice time with colink hotel.

Excellent location and super helpful and friendly staff. They helped us organise a tour of Penal Rock and were on hand 24/7 for any questions. The roof top patio was a great quiet space (don’t expect crazy views though).

Everything was just fine.

Very nice and clean hotel with the best shower we had all over Colombia and a parking at the other side of the road. The owner and the staff are both very helpful. It is in a very safe area with lots of restaurants all around. Highly recommended.

The only thing is that due to the glass doors and such, noise carries very easily. I could hear a couple in the room next to me or to rooms down having a conversation and watching TV. Of course any hostel is going to have some noise but that was my only room for improvement would be may be better insulation. However with a lot of the glass doors and glass window panels that might not be possible.

I loved the modern look and the little extra amenities like soap and shampoo. They cleaned my room each day leaving me fresh towels and making the bed. It is very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. It was probably the best hostel I stayed at in Columbia

Since it is in a very centered location, there is a bit of noise from music around from the surroundings. So I recommend some earplugs and blindfolded because some popped-up lights lit while people walk on the halls and it lights all the room. But those two things will do.

They offer breakfast, but we did not request so I can't tell how it was. About the location it was perfect. There is a super market called Exito five minutes away from the hotel and it has everything you need and they sell cooked food in an a very affordable price and there are some small food courts in it too. El Poblado metro stop is nearby two further blocks from Exito supermarket. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, but a bit pricy. I recommend to walk to the main road going to El Poblado Park, you will find lots of local restaurants and half the price. I think it is called El Poblado Ave. The Stuff is very young and helpful. Always willing to help and guide. It is a very small and family hotel. The owner is always around and a very nice and talkative person.
