The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, helpful and caring! Jenny is doing everything she can to make you feel welcome. Our room was very fresh and practical. Nice view.

- Our hosts Jairo and Jenni were the best! So welcoming, always available to help. They organized our amazing boat tour, booked our car for us. Everything was easy thanks to them. - Delicious breakfast with fruits, pancakes, croissants… - Clean and comfortable room with A/C.

Everything was perfect.

Jenny and Jairo provided a wonderful guesthouse to stay in. All of the basics are great - the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the hammock is relaxing. But more importantly, they were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and arranging reservations. They know the island so well, and their love for Providencia was infectious. We feel like we truly made friends staying with them.

That we didn’t stay there longer!

Jenni and Jairo are amazing hosts, I can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome and pampered! They treated us like old time friends, gave us detailed information about the island, tips on the best snorkeling spots, helped us rent a mule, arranged a taxi to the airport and, did something that I never saw before which I thought was only a myth: we had a very early flight and they prepared coffee, juice, fruits and packed sandwiches for us to take.. this was such a lovely gesture, we felt very well cared for! Regarding the house itself, the room was cosy, clean with a nice decor.. we had a very strong aircon, small fridge and all the amenities we needed. We slept very well! The shared room was pleasant and calm, with a water filter available which was a plus! There are also two very lovely cats that were very cute.. Thank you so much for having us, Jenni and Jairo! We hope to return and stay more time to enjoy the island.

I liked everything about the property.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Also, very quiet at night. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and professional. They helped with booking tours and renting scooters. I was really impressed with their hospitality.

Everything was so perfect. Jairo and Jenny are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable in any situation. They are kind, helpful and super available. They give you the possibility to make tours on the island or to rent bicycles, motorbikes or car! The rooms are new and very very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and served with love by Jairo and Jenny. There would have not been a better place to enjoy Providencia. Thank you guys…

Jenni and Jairo are incredible hosts. They very much make you feel at home and it was like visiting family :) The breakfasts were excellent, and the special touches of bouganvillia on your towels were beautiful.

What an experience - WoW 10/10 The hosts Jenni and Jairo are wonderful people, I‘ve been traveling for more than 6 months in South America and those two were the lovliest people of everyone I‘ve met. Everything here is done with perfection and lots and lots of love, better service than any 5* hotel. Very nice rooms and a generous breakfast. The location is not far from the center. There is also a very nice Restaurant "Chelo's Fussion Place" directly next door they recommended us and we loved it! Seriously, only a ten points rating is an understatement would give 20! (Honestly I booked the place because of the 10.0 rating as I couldn‘t believe that this is even real. Me and my boyfriend also work in Hospitality but they really really deserve all of the good reviews!) Can‘t wait to be back!

3 nights was way too short of a stay for this beautiful place.

Where do I even begin? My family and I were blown away by the care and love we felt during our entire stay here. Jenni and Jairo are outstanding hosts and exceeded our expectations by making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They received us outside before even getting out of the taxi as they were expecting us early. Despite our early arrival and our room not being available until the previous guests checked out, they were accommodating and allowed us a space for us to change and leave our luggage. The breakfast everyday was delicious! The coffee was perfect. The rooms are impeccably clean and new. The decor was classy and warm. Jenni was accesible for any questions and recommendations and arranged reservations to restaurants, booked our boogie and boat tour and confirmed our taxi for the airport on our departure date. Words fall short of the beautiful feelings generated by Jenni and Jairo for all of us. They went above and beyond. They were conscience, mindful, attentive, knowledgeable, smart, accommodating, kind, warm and so lovable. My 8 year old son loved talking with them and my mother was so grateful for the personal touches they offered her. I can't say enough!! I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be visiting Providence Island again and staying right here for a longer time!

Wonderful stay on Providencia, the rooms are brand new & very comfortable and spacious. Jairo and Jenny were very helpful and gave us lots of information about the island, transport, restaurants etc. 100% recommend.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are big, brandnew, clean and the airconditioning works well. It's a good point to start to explore the island. Supermarkets, restaurants and bakerys are near. But most important, in generel the people on the island are super nice. Jairo and Jenni are great hosts! They helped organizing things, told us stories about the island and really cared about us. + they made a great breakfast ;)

Nothing, it was perfect.

What an amazing home Jenni and Jairo have created. They were so hospitable, and honestly went over and above to help my partner and I put . They helped us book great tours, loaned a scooter (with a refresher course on how to drive) and made beautiful daily breakfasts (catering to our various dietary requirements) for us. They also recommended Chello’s across the road for a meal - please go it’s the best dinner on the island! There’s also two beautiful cats on the property who we loved spending time with. Rooms are super tidy, have aircon etc.
