I will never stay on the 2nd floor- lobby noise was heard throughout the night, poor sleep from interior room. My first stay we were on the 4th floor, exterior room- no lobby noise, great sleep!

Friendly staff, central location. I appreciate the hotel being off the main roads and on tranquil street. Breakfast is good!

I did not like the location. The online reviews said it was in the middle of everything but really this hotel is on a very lonely street - we did not feel comfortable going outside at night. It is close to everything but you need to walk a few minutes down a very lonely street.

I liked the breakfast - it was made to order each morning in the cutest breakfast room. We got a suite and having the sitting room was a nice break each morning. I like that they also have a restaurant so you can have dinner there if you want to,

It doesn´t have a hair dryer, I asked for one but it didn´t work very good. The location of the Hotel is in an area that is doesn´t look very safe, specially during the nights. The street in front of the hotel it´s somehow noisy around rush hours.

The room was large and very comfort, clean and with a small freeze with some goodies. Enough space to place the baggage. It has a safe box, tv work very good, and the staff was very kind.

The rooms are not even like they showed in the pictures. The room service is too slow. We asked for toilet paper and towels, and both times, we waited for more than four hours. The wifi is terrible, we used our own internet all they way long

Hot water was a mess to use. Its a super noisy place. Guests and staff speaking on the halls at night. Not nice facilities. Someone entered my room at 4am by mistake. Mini bar had 2 water bottles, 1 coke bottle and one half drinked coke. Lightning in the room is super harsh.

I had a the room on floor 2 (lowest) directly at the street, it was super loud in the night with the traffic noise. Also on the first night there were people doing some work in front of the building with a small truck and talking. It was like all noise is just besides you. On checkout day a cleaning stuff member opened the door to the room fully with a very light knock beforehand at 10AM, even though checkout is at 12:30 and I didn't checkout yet. She didn't apologize but rather complained about me. I couldn't understand what she exactly said. When they enter for room service you don't know exactly if they knock at your door or another one because it sounds nearly the same. I'm used that the staff would open the door slowly again and try to call me. They charge extra for overnight visitors, around 80000 COP, which I understand. Because a friend visited me on the day I asked the receptionist if she can enter if she doesn't stay overnight and he said it's okay. When she arrived another receptionist was there and she only allowed it when I said that the person before her said it's okay.

The shower wasent too good, and the room dident look like the pictures. I was expecting a room with a sofa but instead got 2 beds which wasent necessary as it was me and my wife.

The hotel was in a good location and the breakfast was good as well. Ends a bit early but it was good. The staff was great as well.

It is a clean, in a safe neighborhood, and only 10 mins on foot to great restaurants and bars
