Cleanliness is not their forte. When we got the room, it was clean the way you’d clean your own house on any given day, which is not up to what you’d expect from a hotel. The trash cans smelled, the bathroom also smelled, and the bathroom extractor fan was completely black and dirty from lack of cleaning. When we went to get breakfast at the restaurant in the morning, we’d always find dirty/poorly washed plates and cutlery in the pile with the clean dishes, and the pillow cases were old so they looked dirty even though they were clean, which is not what you want from a pillow at a hotel.

Excellent location, you can find good places to eat, convenience stores and shopping malls within walking distance, and it’s also pretty close to the US embassy

I had some issues about the towels maybe some misunderstanding I lost my access card to my room they charged me 60,000 pesos colombianos to get a replacement so don’t loose it

The coffee served at breakfast could be better. The neighborhood is rather boring.

Spacey rooms with a little kitchen and refrigerator. The room had a long table to work at. Very comfortable bed. A balcony was included. The hotel is very close to Universidad Nacional and not too far from the airport.

Kitchenette could have done with some plates, glasses and cutlery. But, really, the room was terrific and overall, all the public areas in the hotel were excellent and the atmosphere (and Hollywood movie theme) worked well, supported by iconic images.

By far the best hotel I stayed in during three weeks in Colombia! The overall quality of the hotel was very high but the room was exceptional -- double bed and balcony, kitchenette with fridge, and a fantastic bathroom and shower. And the staff were delightful and very helpful. Four nights for around €120 was great value too!

The breakfast needs to be improved. It is quite poor. The windows do not seal well.

pillows were horrible. Towels were not changed daily. wi-wi was not a Mesh Network so every different floor you have to login to a different Wi-fi. Restaurant closes too early.

No complimentary shuttle as with the bigger brand hotels but the front desk can arrange for a driver to pick you up from the lobby to El Dorado fir a modest charge in a comfortable mid size SUV vehicle as opposed to the tiny clown car size taxis. The bar closes early so if you want refreshments for your room keep that in mind. Local mini marts close by in walking distance.

Nice little hotel with clean rooms with a pleasant smell. Comfortable beds, good towels and the staff was very professional and friendly. Purpose of stay was to catch a flight from El Dorado in the morning. Mini marts, drug stores, restaurants, ATMs,, bakery/coffe shops all within a short walk from tge hotel. Would stay again.

We didn't like that the breakfast was the same everyday (eggs and bread) it was a little boring! That's why we didn't went for breakfast which was included in our booking.
