You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaI stayed in the Don Saul Hotel an extra 2 weeks after the carnival days, what can I say about Don Saul Hotel as usual the room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I worked 2 weeks from Don Saul Hotel and I never had issues with the internet connection which is very important for people who are traveling and working simultaneously. 10 from 10, Highly recommended!

What can I say about my stay at Hotel Don Saul, I stayed during the Carnaval days and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Hotel Don Saul has a perfect location, cozy atmosphere, comfortable rooms, attentive and helpful staff, and delicious cuisine. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Naheel Hussein for the warm hospitality, he did all and even more to make my stay n Pasto unforgettable and comfortable. I want to add that Naheel Hussein has a fantastic family. I was lucky to meet all of you, "Muchísimas gracias" :) I got great pleasure. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient- close to the main square, a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room was big and very clean. The WiFi is good. The staff was polite and although most of them didn’t speak English they did everything to help (thank you Google translate:)

United StatesBreakfast buffet was substandard. They offered eggs, cooked to order, but nothing else other than fruit, cereal and coffee. Language was a real problem if you don't speak Spanish. The bar was very limited and there were no ice machines. Sometimes we could get ice from room service, sometimes not. The rooms on the street side were quite noisy. We had to change our room because of that. The staff was very willing to do that, but it would be advised to ask for an off street room at booking.
The beds were very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The security attendants at the door were especially nice. They always greeted us and made sure we were cared for.

The breakfast was marginal. Eggs were good, but the buffet was very limited. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
