Bathroom could be cleaner - other people’s hair and what it appeared to be buggers in the shower walls. Also, the guy who checked me in charged me twice because he forgot to add the VAT - then I checked and he was ok. But truth to be told, the sensation was not the best.

Got food poisoning from the breakfast on our final day. Hot food was always ice cold and not maintained at a safe temperature. Had to fly home 16hrs with full blown food poisoning.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bogota was cooler than we expected so having an indoor pool was great. Location was ok, felt safe enough, but do wish we had stayed in Zona Rosa instead.

Everything looks old even the rope I got for sleeping was very worn out (ragged even). I was expecting a higher quality since it’s promoted as part of the Hilton family. Also the tv was very old so I couldn’t connect to my Netflix or other apps.

The reception service could improve a bit. They seemed a bit cold, bit were professional and helpful enough.

The room is as fantastic for the price, the gym and pool as well. Breakfast was superb. Overall a great experience.

The male receptionist on the evening of arrival (Tuesday 5th Dec at 2330) went through the entire check in process in Spanish. I assumed this was because he did not speak English - my Spanish is limited and I asked him to slow down twice including when discussing the payment due. He looked at me twice in silence as I tried to form the correct sentences. Then was all was done he smiled and gave fluent English directions to the rooms. I didn’t appreciate this behaviour arriving late at night and it is not what I would expect from Hilton staff

Air conditioning not working properly When we finaly got a new room it was also a disaster as during the night/morning it started leaking water… terrible!

Nothing to complain.

Really nice place to stay for a short time. Easy to get around, there are supermarket in front of the Hotel. Besides, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was super nice and friendly.

It was a bit cold but we were able to use a portable heater. The room did not get cleaned one day and after mentioning this to the reception they were not very responsive or helpful to this and they we had to insist on them at least bringing us some clean towels. They bar is very dark and gloomy and breakfast is not worth taking it in the hotel. Plenty of nice places around in the neighborhood

The bar was closed during my stay, the hotel windows all taped with plastic (sue to facade cleaning, I was told). and the pool area was partially blocked off. Room service is 24/7 but only for the basics; food is not available after 10pm.

Very disappointed roof terrace access is an additional $30 fee. Did not say on the website or booking. It's a more expensive hotel than others closer to Park 93 but without free access to the roof terrace, it's poor value for money.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Gave extra assistance when there were issues. Helped organise transfers.
