The staff are wonderful, particularly the lady on the reception and in the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and generous. The location is superb. It's a beautiful property within easy reach of Salento and the Cocora valley.

The bathroom was very small and the door did not close as the sink was in the way! That's it, the only negative thing which did not spoil the trip, just would have been better to be able to close the door for privacy as there was a window opposite the bathroom.

The location is stunning with the most beautiful views. The breakfast was plentiful and great quality with the most wonderful staff, especially Diana who served us breakfast daily. Nothing was too much trouble and the peacefulness of the hotel was just what we wanted. We drove from Medellin and managed to find the hotel easily. Parking was great and close to our rooms. The rooms are very rustic with comfortable beds, large balcony with lovely views and not overlooked. The bathroom was small but the shower cubicle was a good size. Fridge in the room, staff provided ice and glasses when required and the pool area and gardens were very well tended. Perfect place to explore this lovely region of Colombia. The restaurant prices were so reasonable and the food was very good. Even drinks were similar to what you would pay in the shops so really nice to see they were not trying to make a huge profit from guests, the nearest places to eat are 10-15 mins drive away. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to all the staff.

not a hotel fault, just a warning that it can get very humid/rainy climate wise so take a light rain jacket

We loved this place. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was the best part- Milena was so accommodating and truly cares about the guests. She is a gem!! The place is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The breakfast is outstanding. The view from the main dining room is priceless. It is on the northern end of Armenia so depending on where you wish to go, it can take anywhere from 30min to 50min so you definitely need to coordinate transportation. They have many drivers they recommend- ours was fantastic (Diego). The area is very safe and the locals are incredibly proud of their beautiful area, everything is clean and serene. Highly recommend the restaurant Helena Adentro in Filandia (be sure to make a reservation beforehand, they are very busy). Try the street cheesy arepas in Salento. We are planning ro revisit!

The dinner the hotel offered was also excellent, a gourmet style. However, including some typical food from the region would be great.

swimming pool spa needs some updates and it wasn’t mention during check in

The views of the hotel are amazing! breakfast is delicious and many options. Diana and the rest of the staff were always very kind and helpful. the hotel is lovely the spa and the swimming Pool need some refurbishment and the massage wasn’t that good but it is provide it from an external person not an employee from the hotel maybe hence the low quality.

Lovely scenery and very good service of a very nice team. Premisses are very pretty, spacious and the nature walk is beautiful, and even has its own little stream and water pool. Talking of which: the hotel pool is great. And the hotel is lovely, several buildings. Quality of the restaurant was very good, and the views are beautiful.

Super attentive and friendly staff. Stylish, spacious, clean, hot showers, pristine bedding, tonnes of nature, food and coffee fresh from the property and well put together.
