No breakfast, but there is a restaurant next door that we went to that was decent.

First the staff was amazing. Super helpful, great attitude, and just so welcoming. we loved it. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Area was awesome it lit up at night but still felt safe. They have a lot of people who watch out for guest/tourist so you always feel secure. Room was beautiful and everything you see in pictures. Loved it.

Initially we had trouble with the rain shower: when we turned it on a little to test, the temperature tended to fluctuate wildly. Eventually we learned to turn the water on full blast and wait for a few minutes for the temperature to settle. Everything was fine after that. A minor point ... the hot plates in the kitchen were very slow to heat. Switching to an induction stove top would solve the problem plus save on electricity. Alternatively, an electric kettle would be useful.

Staff members were extremely attentive and helpful, especially Sebastian. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, as did the large screen tv. Factory Lofts is located close to many restaurants, including one next door that offers excellent service. A handy supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away, and the nearest Metro station is about 1 kilometre away.

Great location! Next to a healthy cafe and a bar, and close to a lot of restaurants. Awesome rooms—yes, a little pricey—but you get what you pay for. If you're looking to travel on a budget, perhaps this isn't for you, but if you're looking to travel in luxury without breaking the bank in El Poblado, this is one of the best places! Also, all the reception staff speak English. As I was leaving, Sebastian was very friendly and offered to order a taxi to help me on my way.

Great location at the bottom of the Calle 70 but doesn’t get the noise. Good comfortable spot for a long or short stay. Jonathan at reception was the most helpful I’ve ever come across!

Juan Diego was excellent at the front desk. Gave us great information on the area for restaurants and clubs with live music. Great location close to 70 st.

Factory Loft was the perfect home base for experiencing the incredible city of Medellin. I stayed in a studio style apartment; it was stylish and comfortable….more like home than a hotel room. Jonathon, one of the concierges, was wonderful. He had an answer for every questions and the perfect recommendations for the city. He was there with a smiling face every night, adding a sense of familiarity in a place where I didn’t know anyone. I wish I never had to leave Factory Lofts and I can’t wait to go back!

The rooms are incredible, very spacious and modern. The property is very well located, there are lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. Astrid and Juan Diego at the reception were very helpful and nice, they helped us with booking activities. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

My experience at factory lofts was amazing. The establishment went beyond my expectations. I traveled to Colombia with my best friend for a week. I am 22 and she is 20 ,we have zero experience traveling alone. The staff at Factory Lofts especially Juan Diego, Santiago, and Jonathan made Colombia feel like home. I initially did not plan any activities for the trip. Juan Diego was extremely helpful in finding us activities, such as the tour of Guatapé. Thanks to Santiago, Jonathan, and Juan Diego, my questions were always answered promptly in person or through What’s App. Santiago helped us with finding activities in the Poblado area. He also taught us many Colombian traditions. Jonathan helped us find activities in Sabaneta. He taught us many local phases. He also introduced us to the app called Rappi which is a Colombian Uber eats. Thanks to Jonathan, Santiago, and Juan Diego I will definitely visit Colombia again and book Factory Lofts for my stay!!!

They shut the power off one of the days I was there and then they shut off the water for two days. The property had reserve tanks, so, I still had water. I had a neighbor who would slam their door as hard as they could as often as they could. It was also very noisy at night. None of that was the property's fault and everything else was so good I didn't care.

Excellent room, it was pleasing to look at and be in. Excellent location, Laurels is the best part of the city. Restaurant and microbrewery on location was excellent. The rooftop jacuzzi I booked everyday because it was that good. The staff was really nice and catered to my every need. One of the guys who worked there would always tell me "everyday is a beautiful day" and he was right!

Decor is very stylish and the floor to ceiling windows accentuate the loft vibe and provide nice views and natural light. The small kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for a long stay.
