The pool area isn't that nice. The room on weekends was very loud with noise from the street. Wifi issues. The entrance is like a warehouse / co-working space rather than a nice hotel. So it's a bit strange to have a nicely decorated room but an entrance that's like a warehouse.

Apartment wasn't cleaned while I was there - could be my mistake in not requesting this, or maybe it's an extra paid service they offer?

Location off the end of La 70 means that, though there was still some noise (I was on the 6th floor), it's perfect manageable and I always got decent sleep. Plus it's near enough to loads of other restaurants and bars in the other direction to La 70 if you want a change of pace to your evenings. Apartment was very nicely furnished and plenty big enough. Close to the Unicentro mall with plenty of ATMs.

Minor point- some noise. The pool was smaller than expected for kids. But good for adults to have a dip.

The rooms were we'll equipped and good base to explore medellin. The breakfast was great and the staff were fantastic.

Nice view, perfect location only few steps to the restaurants and bars. There is bakery right across the street and little convenience shop. Bonus roof top jacuzzi and free laundry facilities what we appreciate after few days of travelling. Highly recommended

Yes, you are still subject to the noise from Calle 70 nearby. The only night that I noticed a considerable quietening was Monday although I still slept fine. This was despite a room on the 6th floor (the second-highest). Also felt the AC didn't cool the room down enough as it was capped at 18C.

Really enjoyed my stay at Factory Lofts. It's a swish, modern property that felt fresh and clean right from the off with an exceptional team of staff at reception. The rooms are done up in an industrial style and I really enjoyed my views from the 6th floor. Keyless entrance made for hassle-free coming and going. It's mostly foreigners and remote workers here, so not the best if socialising is your thing but there are hostels for that. In general I preferred Laureles to Poblado and the more touristy vibe there. Loads of bars, cafes and great restaurants within a safe 15-minute walk. Loved having the rooftop and pool to spend a few hours of downtime each day and top up the tan.

I had a bigger room this time around but I didn't like the bigger room I like the more compact room with more vibrant colorful photos on the wall I enjoy that room better than the big room it resonated with me . My stay is always nice at the factory loft but I wanted to experience different rooms at different levels and see the difference.. 👍🏿

Great apartment room and excellent co-working spaces. Lovely little breakfast bar to watch the world go by. Really close to Setenta 70. The comfiest bed we had in Colombia!

Unfortunately due to the lack of sound insulation the rooms are very noisy. You hear everything from the street (constant music until 3 or 4 AM) if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbours you'll also hear everything they are doing.

Location was great, rooms really nice and big. Welcome package was given and lots of suggestions from the staff. Perfect place if it was a bit more sound proof.

Though the location was convenient, it was also a noisy part of town. In the room, the shower door didn't work properly and the pillows were not great.
