The bed was not really comfy and there was only one blanket. The bathroom smells.

The environment in the hostel is great, everything looks good, there are multiple working areas, a "cinema" room and games too. The staff is very kind.

This hostel has the most helpful, supportive, friendly, open owner, I have ever experienced. He definitely goes beyond the extra mile to make his guests feel welcomed! + he speaks excellent English! I would recommend to stay here a thousand times!

I love this hostel! It is abundantly clear that the staff love it too. It's clean, there are so many common areas and they are all awesome. Places to work. A movie room. Best of all, there is HOT water in the shower!! Oh and they run their own tours, and the one I took was phenomenal!

The hotel is in an old house, which means it is a little noisy. But nothing too loud.

Centrally located, busy area. Nice and helpful staff. Everything was clean and the hotel and rooms have a nice atmosphere. They have multiple common areas and even remote working spaces!

Manizales is a very strange city as the centre is rather dull. The hostel is very central, which seems great but actually is very limiting for restaurants and bars, you have to get a taxi to the Zona Rosa for the fun

Really friendly staff that made me a tasty breakfast, helped me book tours and had good recommendations for the town. Nice rooms for watching movies and reading. Nice rooftop to have a drink on.

The neighborhood is very lonely at night, so it makes it seem less safe. Unsure if that is perception or reality. The key we received to the building was broken so we were lingering on the street at night longer than we would have liked. The bathrooms are private, but the walls do not go all the way to the top, so you can tell if your neighbor is talking/has their light on. Little things, but other than that the hostel was great. It seemed a bit overpriced, as I stayed in other luxury hotels for a similar price to what I paid here, but it was a comfortable stay.

The hostel building was an old, authentic, beautiful building with the basic comforts you would expect of a hostel. I liked the games, TV room, the architecture, the free coffee, and the staff was very nice. The room was basic, but very comfortable, equipped with outlets, soap, etc.

Superb value. Only improvement would be the signage outside. The front is easy to miss when you first arrive. There’s someone selling shoes in the front but then you walk up two floors and you’re comfortably inside the hostel.

Super comfortable place to relax. I extended my stay by several days. My private room with private bathroom was perfect for working remote. They brought a table/chair inside so I could work. WiFi was reliable. Good hot shower. Excellent location. Staff is incredibly friendly. Free hot coffee and tea available. Ample community spaces to relax, including a wonderful movie room where you can watch Netflix or Disney+. They even have a video game area and a public area with co-working desks. Breakfast is good but dinner was even better. If they offer dinner option, say yes because the cost is fair and the quality of the food is excellent. The rooftop terrace is nice too but the inside of the hostel is so comfortable that we hardly went to the rooftop.

Breakfast was delicious. They have a really good cook. Location perfect, 2 minutes from the centre. They organise tours and activities for good prices, ie coffee farm tours. The hotel has a beautiful design, very cool. Evening meals are delicious and good price. There is a playstation, a tv lounge area, and even a cinema room. Here on a big screen you can watch anything on Netflix, you don't even need an account. I was having a few covid related problems, booking a test, re-sceduling a flight. The amount of help they gave me was much more than could have been expected. Lovely hotel, great people, great experience. Very good value for money, highly, highly recommended. Manizales is very nice too.

When we booked a room with "private bathroom" we expected the bathroom to open off the room. Instead, we had to go down the corridor to a space with adjoining washbasins for 2 rooms and "our" shower/toilet just behind. That's not what I call a private bathroom. The rooms all faced onto an inner courtyard, which could be noisy.

It was in a very convenient location in the centre of town.

We had a private room. The beds are horrible. Super hard. Might as well sleep on the ground. It’s also very loud. The rooms don’t seal so you can hear everything. The bathrooms of adjoining rooms are connected so you can hear all the stuff your neighbor does in the bathroom

We cooked in the evening pasta. One day after we checked out and leave our luggage in the hostel. When we returned at night we really hurry to get our bus and the owner of the hostel used it to take from us 10000 pesos just because we used 3 tomatoes from the kitchen the day before. We didn't have time to argue with him and payed him. But this behavior is not acceptable. The things in the kitchen that don't have name on it is for everyone. That is in every hostel I was in. And also 3 tomatoes don't cost 10000 pesos even in my country that is count expensive. This hostel owner is a thief and I suggest you not going there
