Breakfast was a bit poor and, for the first time in my life, water was not included. They assigned us the wrong room on checking in (we paid for a 24m2 and got a 16 or 17m2). After complaining on the day after, they recognised the mistake and got us what we paid for. It was also hard to get an invoice, but after some insistence finally they sent it.

The place itself was well decorated, a mix between new wave and kitsch. The room (the one we stayed after the first night) had a nice environment. Staff was nice, especially the front desk girl that solved our wrong room assignment.

The hotel is a bit outside the centre of Bogotá but easily accessible by bus or taxi.

The hotel has 24 hour reception so it was very helpful because we arrived at silly o clock in the morning. The breakfast was filling and staff at reception were very helpful as we could not speak Spanish.

Super location, in the heart of Chapinero (a great area) and well connected to all the other places you might wish to go to. Nice rooms, modern, aesthetically pleasing, cooking facilities, fridge, microwave etc.

It bothered me that there was a weed shop right next to the hotel. breakfast is weak.

It is in a good location. hot water is good. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The room I stayed in was loft type and had its own kitchen. helpful employees.

Excellent breakfast from Natalie y Louis, huevos con todo. Room absolutely spotless with a huge v comfy bed. Hot showers and cold fridge. Friendly staff all around, muy amable. Great area to scout out Chapinero and rest a weary head.

Breakfast was very good. They have different varieties: bread, cereals, juice, coffee, eggs, etc. Very convenient and delicious. The room is very nice, stylish, roomy, and quiet. The hot shower works (Which seems to be a problem in Bogotá... ) Location is perfect. Close to many restaurants and bars.

Beautifully designed, extremely helpful staff, cool neighborhood, safe. The room: very comfortable huge bed, amazing shower. Lovely toiletries. Very clean. I think we got upgraded?? We ended up in this duplex room which much exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is varied, fresh and is served in the cool taqueria next door (great tacos the rest of the day, too)

Location is in a bit not so nice part of Chapinero. There is no elevator so one needs to carry heavy luggage’s one or 2 floors up.

The area tends to have many people who are closed off and set in their ways. The bars in the the area were "all inclusive" or for college kids, which made meeting people a little more difficult than in other areas I have visited. But still, a fantastic place to stay!

The staff, restaurant, and common areas were fantastic! The room was so beautiful and comfortable, that I was blown away! That is a hotel I will be back to without any doubt. The soundproofing was so good that I left the window open. I liked going to Hippy Park everyday, and we drank at La Fabrika with had the frog mouth game.

Odd exterior but once you were in the hotel it was very nice.

It was easy to hear outside the room noise, which wasn't much of an issue unless you have a noisy neighbor or someone chatting in the hallway.

The rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location seems to be on the edge of the good part of town so walkable during the day without issue.

Pillows were really uncomfortable. There was not a fan and the loft was very hot at night.

Wonderful staff and service, the hotel itself is very nice and great value for the price. Daily housekeeping and a very helpful front desk staff available 24/7. We were very pleasantly suprised and impressed with the hotel!
