I don't know if it's a matter of climate change or exactly what, but, even though the rooms are designed to be cool, during my stay it was very hot in the general area and for this reason, the rooms were hot at night, the place It does not have air conditioning or fans so it would be interesting to have some solution to mitigate this situation. All this despite the kindness and kindness of people to try to help and seek the maximum possible comfort.

Undoubtedly the service. The people who work there have an attitude completely dedicated to service, they are gentle, kind and extremely helpful, always seeking to exceed any expectation. There is no way to describe the warmth of treatment and attention widely and sufficiently.

We stayed at the third (top) floor and the hot water did not always work on this floor. The staff knows about the issue and offered a room at a lower floor where the hot water works normal, but we declined since we loved the bed. If the hot water works normal I would give it a 10!

The hotel is located next to the main road which makes it easily accessible. It's a beautiful hotel with a nice swimming pool. The rooms are modern and well equipped, we ended up with an extra large bed (2x2m) which was wonderful since I'm rather tall. The breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Excellent accommodations, delicious and abundant breakfast, clean facilities, great options for leisure with pool and chimney. It exceeded my expectations by far! I found out that for traveling to the area, is better to stay in Sachica than Villa de Leyva.

The pool was out of maintenance during our visit, so we could not enjoy it, however, we did have time in the spa pool!

From the moment my family and I arrived at the property the staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed, they had an excellent suggestion regarding places of interest in the area, transport options and good restaurants. Only knocks to out stay and areas of improvement are the parking areas which although large enough, they are not delineated well enough, and being mostly grass and dirt surface, they are prone to flooding in rainy season, so one must be careful where too park so as to not end up with mud on your shoes and car. The other thing to improve is the hot water, on three occasions we went to use the shower or tub and there was no hot water. On the first night we were told that a pump had broken and this was resolved the following morning. On the other two occasions we just left it alone.

Spacious colonial style room with good modern appointments such as a two-person jacuzzi tub and large shower, 42-46" TV. The service was warm, and we were treated to a fruit and snacks basket which was replenished during our three-night stay. The included breakfast was good and more than sufficient, it consisted of fresh chu fruit, choice of eggs, coffee or hot chocolate, bread, and tamal. It rained quite a bit during our stay, but on the last day we did spend some time in the pool area, which is ample, but lacked enough lounge chairs to accommodate even a handful of guests. The large pool was quite cold in the am, not sure if by the pm it got any better as we left around noon. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm, about the temperature you would want on a hot day. The well-kept colonial-style buildings and facilities fit nicely into surrounding mountain views, are a nice feature!

There are not restaurants or places to eat close to the hotel, there aren't ABMs either, we needed to drive to Sachica and Villa del Leyva to find food and withdraw money.

The staff was excellent and very welcoming! The private area of the Hotel is very big and interesting. It has an outdoor Jacuzzi as well as an outdoor but covered fireplace. Everything is super pet friendly :-)

While I was there they were improving the facilities then, there was a little noise of construction.

The most wonderful thing is the people who work there, they are very friendly. lovely people who care that things are the best and comfortable possible. The site is "right in the center of everything" So, in 30 minutes you are in Raquira or in 10 minutes in Villa de Leyva, it is a quiet and less crowded place so it is perfect. The breakfasts tend to be generous, the rooms are comfortable, at least the one I was in and since I had to work, they took pains to find a table where I could put the computers for me and my girlfriend, I would return to this place again.
