Some of the staff members could have more of a helpful look to them instead of looking so sour but I understand pay here isn't much so not much expected on that end.

The beach across is dirty, lots of garbage. It’s a shame. All they have to do is hire someone to clean the area and continue to beautify the area which would be beautiful, and a smart investment for the hotel since it seats right across from the ocean. Great location. Too bad about the garbage.

We had terrible problems with the water, which were ongoing and random. You didn't dare soap your whole body, wash your hair or teeth without having some saved water put aside. The staff would always be able to get it running again but sometimes only lasted a few minutes, and meant going down to reception to let them know. Have seen other comments on this situation - would recommend hotel fixes this and lets future clientel know. Unfortunately facing the front of the hotel had it's drawbacks at night, the noise from the road didn't stop with local holigans using it as a race track Admittedly not the hotels fault but perhaps curtains could allieviete the amount of noise. Curtains would also cut out the light from the decorative lights hanging on the palm trees and verandah outside the room - it is like daylight inside the room at night. And lastly we stayed for three nights but only had our room serviced once.

The location is both good and bad. Not any nearby options for restaurants. At least not in walking distance. But also you get to spend more relaxing time at the property so that's the good part of it.

The bed was wonderful, and we loved the balcony and the Chinchorro. I can understand some think the road in front of the balcony is disturbing, but for us just giving us a wibe of local life. The pool area is very nice. Think the property is more charming and nice, and atmosphere much better than the pictures says

Nice place for a tree-day aniversary celebration with my wife. The room was one of the two with sea view. The breakfast was ok but could improve the variety of options. The staff was very gentle. The place is not close from downtown, so you will likely use taxi several times.

1/ It is 2 KM out of town and I thought I could walk out and swim in the sea, but no way. The sea is 300 metres away and you wouldn’t want to swim there anyway 2/ The property is in a fisherman’s area of town. So the road outside is far busier than I thought, with traffic passing most of the night 3/ I didn’t have water in my room to shower unless I went to reception and complained 4/ The property is undergoing a huge upgrade, with additional rooms and a pool being added. Plus there is development going on next door. This should be a basic question that Booking.com asks of property owners and made clear in the property description 5/ The breakfast was not good

I luckily booked the best room in the property. It was spacious and great to stay in. I was then treated to a free sex show when the guy in the next door room brought in an escort and they had sex multiple times on the balcony right next to me. He must have been good and taken a blue tablet as she screamed a lot!

We were given a junior sea view suite. Was very noisy, windows were old & you could hear everything, road and people noise. The room was very tired and didn’t feel clean. Food was mediocre and pricey.

Pool area & restaurant seemed to be recently renovated. Looked very neat & clean, all new pool furniture. The rooms around the pool area seemed a lot better than the ones in the main building. The breakfast was simple but decent.
