Alowing nonservice dogs in the hotel has to be annoying to many guests. There was a barking dog in the room across the hallway. It could be heard throughout the whole floor. I asked if I could move to a different room on a different floor. My request was granted. Other than that, I can't say anything bad about this hotel. I stay here every time I need a hotel near the airport.

Its so close to the airport making it very convenient to stay here. The staff can speak english which is helpfull. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing! The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The airport shuttle is free and runs every 30 minutes.

There was a lack of consistancy with the service of the staff. Some did provide expectional service other a bit more mediocre.

The location, the facilities , the spa we did a 30 min massage with alba and she was amazing. The room was clean and nice the pillows where soft. We had water bottle in the room and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had more potions and more attention to the guest

This is a hotel mainly for the foreigners who transfer in Bogota, however, the staffs at the check in counter speak very poor English.

The free shuttle service between the airport and hotel was excellent and it only took about 5 minutes. The staff at the hotel were very good, friendly and helpful. The room layout was great and the included breakfast was extremely good. Luckily, breakfast starts at 6:00 so we were able to enjoy it before catching the 7:00 shuttle to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay near the airport.

The spa was closed, the whirpool was empty.

The location is great and well suited for business travelers who need to be quick at the airport, very convenient business center. Good WiFi overall I was however unlucky to have the farthest room of all and the wifi was weak but there is nothing employers can do about it, so I went to the business center when I needed wifi. Otherwise everything was great.
