When I raised an issue of a heavy smell of something burnt, they came and smell and said they will "review" the situation. I felt is was not taken very serious from the staff, even that they smelt it. I tried to smell me to the location, and I guess it's the A/C. Shortly before the smell the power went off for few minutes. So this gives minus 2 stars. Without that it was a great hotel

A bit underwhelmed by the hotel restaurant oka, but it’s convenient considering they aren’t too many options in immediate vicinity, my kids liked the ground floor casual dining

Beautiful, spacious hotel, wonderful pool and spa, great gym, rooms super comfortable, incredible breakfast, very helpful and lovely staff, wifi excellent, great views over Bogota. The hotel hosts conference guests but it’s super well organised and did not affect my own stay/level of service

The rooms are very well isolated! You get uninterrupted sleep. The pool and jacuzzi was very good as well, the temperature was ideal.

Great location. Room was very spacious with plenty of storage, large bathroom, and bed was very comfortable. Santiago the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The area of "Teusaquillo" around the Corferias center is not as walkable or fun as Chapinero and the north of Bogotá. I believe that this is an excellent property for business trips & vacations too, but next time I would stay in the Hilton in the Chapinero district.

Breakfast is superb. The facilities are perfect and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. It was nice to have a clean abode in Bogotá while we traveled.

Personally, I would have preferred more options when it comes to the shower. There was only one head in the ceiling, which was pretty static. A bit hard to reach certain areas. No airport shuttle.

Big room with a great view that also had big drapes to make it pitch black when sleeping. Also very quiet and clean. Plenty options to choose from at breakfast.

the food (breakfast was extraordinary. the view from the room was crazy. the terrace was great. Lina, our waitperson at dinner was helpful and the food yummy. The three drinks that Christian our bartender fixed were magical!!!

The surrounding area wasn’t that great if you wanted to eat out or go to a cafe, although there was an Andres DC nearby. Although I can understand why, having to book the pool & jacuzzi.

The rooms were great, comfy & clean, with top views over Bogotá. All staff were super friendly & extremely helpful, anything extra we needed was delivered promptly. Hotel taxis were always ready & waiting to take us to where we needed to go. The breakfast room/restaurant with terrace was one of the best we’ve experienced & our included breakfast was superb with a wide choice & a constant supply of tea & coffee. The pool & jacuzzi area was so nicely designed and felt very luxurious. This is a super hotel & not too far from the airport, so we would not hesitate to come back next time.

Bon market restaurant wasn’t very inviting. Good to have some nice cafes nearby. overall nothing bad at all!

Good location, not too far from the airport, but centre of the city. Hotel organised us private taxis which were great. Comfortable rooms & beds, excellent room service when we needed certain things. Loved the restaurant area & breakfast selection was superb. Staff always very accommodating & helpful especially the concierge. we will be coming back.

Reception team (specifically Angela) was not straightforward: saying one thing to the client and then sending a mail to coworkers saying the opposite and letting them deal with the mess. Waiting time to check in was very long.

The hotel facilities are amazing: bedding is very comfortable, the spa, swimming pool and hammam were great and open upon booking (saves having too many people at once). A special mention to Jaime in reception who was client-oriented enough to understand the problem and come up with a solution.
