The room is small, and there is no room to put your luggage. The bed is hard. The shower can be nice, but more often it's too hot, gets completely cold, hot, cold, hot... As in many hotels the light in the room is way too bright, impossible to make it cozy.

Hotel is very clean and colorful. Great view and close to the city center.

The shower didn't work in our rooms, sometimes it was extremely hot, then it switched to extremely cold, and finally water didn't come out at all. We talked to the front desk, they just said that there were too many people in town which was messing up the town's water supply, I believe there are alternatives to solve this issue. Breakfast was very simple, there were not many options.

Great location, super close to the central area but far enough to be isolated from noises. Friendly staff, they did their best to keep us happy.

Hot water in the bathroom comes and goes, but I think it is an issue in the whole village.

The hotel is very colorful ,perfectly situated, close to the main square. Breakfast is delicious. The best is thing is the staff - they helped us to arranged transfer from Armenia Airport and then to Jardin, arranged a visit to Finca, recommended restaurants and give all needed information for visiting Cocora Valley. Thank you!

The rooms lacked some details like toiletries and the beds were not the most confortable and sometimes it was cold at night

Amazing and friendly staff, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and in a very good location. It feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, but indeed you are almost in the center of the city, which is quite convenient.

The showers weren't working properly, and it was not easy to get the right temperature and water pressure. The staircase to our room was unstable, and we almost had an accident because the steps weren't properly locked.

The place is beautiful and is close enough to the city center to enjoy the tourist attractions but not so much to be loud. The breakfast is generous and delicious, and the view is awesome.

Check in was very slow. We waited almost half an hour for our room even though we told them what time we were arriving. At 5pm our room wasn't ready yet. People shout in the hallway and you can hear everything. You Don't really hear the road noise and the pubs as much it's the people shouting in the hallways.

The parking control could be improved, there is a person who is not communicating with reception to confirm who is parking the car in the car park.

It's a beautiful hotel with traditional architecture of the region. Good size room and beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens. They let us check-in at 9am although the check-in time was 3pm. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the main square. Basic breakfast was included but we didn't try it because we would to experience the local cuisine.
