It’s a little far from the main part of town. Definitely walkable, but we ended up taking a tuktuk most of the time.

The owners are great, helpful, welcoming and kind. We ended up buying breakfast there a couple of times and it was good. The room was clean and it was very nice to have air conditioning. We were also able to hand wash and hang laundry on the rooftop. The neighborhood is peaceful and has a very local vibe.

Our stay was super nice! The family that owns the hotel are very friendly & welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable & clean. There was a fan and also AC which we could use in the evenings which made everything much easier as it's very hot and humid in Leticia. The room is equipped with everything you may need and very well taken care of. There was housekeeping, which was super helpful, as it rains a lot and it gets muddy so it's easy to get everything a bit dirty. We were very happy with our stay and appreciated the nice atmosphere and welcoming attitude. There is a shop directly by the hotel and the centre is like a 20 minute walk away, but it's a nice walk and not too difficult. The hotel is super close to the airport, which is very practical, as you can just walk directly when you arrive, and it's not noisy. We absolutely recommend it!

The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is good, it's close to the airport and also super easy to get tuk tuks to the centre of town at any moment. Rooms are comfortable and offer all necessities.

These people are amazing. They are super nice and helpful. We did not speak Spanish and we wanted to book a flight to Medellin. This was very expensive and when they saw me struggle they took me to a friend who owned an agency. They arranged the flight for me and then it’s costs came down to 25% of the price that o had found! They are extremely kind people and I can only imagine how much more fun it would have been if I spoke Spanish

They charged us 10% more than our booking. It clearly stated a triple room for two people but he insisted the second person cost more. Easier to pay than fight, but the point of going through Booking is to have clear prices for specific rooms and amenities.

Great for single night stays before and after a jungle tour. They kept our luggage while we did the 4 day tour. AC worked and there was a fan. 15 minute walk to town, 20-30 minute walk to Brazil.

No 24-hour front desk as advertised (when I arrived, noone was there and I had to wait). The room's door can be accessed by a stairway from the street, without passing by reception, which gives a bit of an unsafe feeling, mostly when leaving your stuff in the room.

Friendly staff. There was shower gel which, compared to the mini soaps I was given in other places, is a welcoming plus.

There is a fair bit of community noise in the area, but I personally enjoyed the sounds - children playing, people laughing and talking, dogs barking. It felt like a real community.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff made the bed and did general cleaning daily. Carlos and his wife were lovely engaging hosts. Even with very little English on their part and very little Spanish on mine, we managed with Google translator. Wifi is spotty in Leticia in general, so make sure to do any vital internet work before arrival. As a solo female traveler I was careful to be back in the hostel by 7 - 8pm nightly as the road options to the hostel include some rather secluded / no sidewalk areas. But there are many Tuk Tuks available had I wanted to use that service to stay out later. Breakfast is available at the hostel for an additional $10,000 COP, an egg / ham wrap, with coffee and juice. Very tasty. Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace! Great work space (as long as you are patient or don't need wifi), amazing spot for viewing the sunset over the Amazon, or eating take out!

Expensive for what the room was, we paid a lot less to stay in other nice areas of Mexico City like Roma Norte There was no natural light in the room and the bathroom appeared mouldy.
