As my room was next to the road sometimes it was a little noisy but I had earplugs so this wasn’t a major problem. Would have loved a full length mirror in the room though there was one downstairs near some other rooms that I ended up using.

The host of the hotel, his family and the staff are amazing - very friendly, helpful and kind. They made me feel really welcome. I got great info about what I could do every night from the QR code in the room which helped me plan my trip. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated (love the stained glass windows!) with fan/AC. Lovely hot water in the shower. The terrace area was lovely to sit in and relax during the day. Served breakfast was delicious. I would stay again!

Cali is a big, rough city but the Hotel Stay Cali is a calm, safe budget hotel , with excellent showers, air con and wifi. Some rooms even have a private (secure) balcony. Host speaks good English and will gladly book inexpensive private cars for Pancetta, Km 18, bus station, airport, etc. Highly recommend this hotel, and I have been to 105 countries….

Parking..everything was amazing but no parking.. but at least there is a fix and the people at the nearby parking lot are very nice as well..i had to leave at 530 am and they graciously opened so i could take out my motorcycle.

Beautiful clean hotel with terraces to view the city. Delicious breakfast with pure fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff was helpful and attentive. Juan Carlos is a wonderful host. He suggested a perfect itinerary each day and engaged in cultural exchange. We felt right at home.

The internet would sometimes go away for a while, but it didn't last very long. They are in the process of installing air-conditioning in all the rooms, so maybe we will try one with a combined bathroom next time.

The staff were beyond wonderful. They looked out for my injured husband, who arrived a few days before I got to Cali. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel and felt more like a member of the family. A lot of thought and planning have been put into the details and construction of the rooms.

Everything was lovely, the staff was crazy helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, the food was tasty and the location was amazing right in lovely San Antonio that cannot be hyped enough. I will be back here for sure!

I loved every moment.

The property is in an amazing location between Peñón and San Antonio which are both safe and fun areas. The staff and family who run it are amazing - caring, attentive and a lot of fun. I was meant to spend 2 nights but in the end spent 2 weeks with them and got to know the beautiful family and staff. I also spent my birthday there and they made me feel so special. I will definitely be back.

Juan Carlos and his staff are amazing !!! They do all things to make you comfortable during your stay and try to help you if you need something. Plus , they speak ENGLISH if you are bad at spanish like i was. They give you all necessary informations (places to visit , advices to avoid some problems , recommendations for dinner ...). The colombian breakfast is good as well. They are totally friendly , respectful , polite and if you have problem with administration or payment , Juan Carlos will do the maximum to help you !!! If i return in Cali , i'll probably come back there !! Muchas gracias !!

The one thing i did not like was the rectangular hole in the bathroom wall that connects to the stairs. People going up or down the stairs can see you in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, the service was outstanding. This hotel is in a good location. I would recommend this hotel. i would also stay here again.

The breakfast could be a bit more varied. Eggs and bread every day gets a bit tiring so they could mix it up with other options (cereal? fruit? pancakes?) From the front rooms you can also hear the noise from the main road, but it's nothing too serious.

Excellent location, friendly staff and just a nice place to be. Rooms are clean and tidy and the staff are always smiling and happy to help with information, or just have a chat. Best of all is the location, just a short stroll to San Antonio, el Peñon or a little further to the city centre and the boulevard. Would stop there again.

Very late check-in, I arrived in the morning after a tough night and had to wait for check-in time. Room was nice, but bathroom felt super tiny and there wasn't so much light coming in from the outside.

Great location. Calm, clean hotel, great staff, nice breakfast, comfortable, great shower (hot and good water pressure).

The staff ( The owner and the receptionist) are so great and helpful in navigationaround order se meals for me and let me check in earlier, The room is sparkly ✨️ clean with everything in it like new , there is a TV with Netflix included and there is a cooler in the room , the breakfast is delicious, The location in a safe high class area and almost everything near you you can walk and alot of all types of restaurants around , and they have this beautiful sitting out like a balcony I like it 👌 and recommend it to everyone

The location was perfect because a lot is doable on foot from the place If not it's easy to take a cab and go anywhere. There is a good breakfast. The personnel was awesome. Juan Carlos is a awesome host and very friendly.
