The breakfast and activities inside. But my room had bad smells and even i asked for a change, they didn’t give it to me. Just put an fragrance for the room.

Water for shower lukewarm but it’s so hot atm you don’t mind. Only thing is they play loud music until 11-11:30pm every night but then it’s a hostel and they arrange various nights so potential if you are socialising it’s not an issue.

Really helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, awesome areas within the hostel such as the rooftop bar/pool area, decent breakfast, good coffee. Superior rooms are well worth it, high ceilings and great ac and fans.

The room didn't have a window other than the one in the bathroom but we had another one earlier that was better. The space outside more than compensated for it

Common areas are amazing and create an atmosphere where it is easy to mingle with other travellers. Organised activities help as well. Good you can store luggage when going to Tayrona. If you bring a lock you can get a casier.

Despite the location in the very city centre it’s quite crowded and dirty around once you leave to hostel

I wish they had yoga. The bunks entrance was at the end, not the side.

It’s beautiful. 2 swimming pools, a pool table, great restaurant. There is entertainment and there are little cozy places where you can get away to read a book. Great views from the rooftop and a few blocks from the waterfront. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

I would not recommend the breakfast, it was really not great. Drinks were ok but also not amazing. Would recommend going somewhere else for those!

Beautiful building, and lovely staff. The beds in the shared bedrooms reminded me of the Japanese sleep capsules.

- pool on the ground floor is super clean. - the dorms have curtains on the beds to ensure some privacy when sleeping.

It was clean and amenable. We didn’t have to go out to have fun.

The music at the party was not the best, other than that our stay was perfect!

The staff were super helpful in helping us contact the airport lost property and recommended great restaurants. Beautiful building with a cool vibe!

Sink and toilet clogged and the hotel didn’t do anything after informing (quite uncomfortable). Not the fault of the hotel but since it is a commerce street there was music the whole day long, also till 11pm in the hotel (we stayed during the weekend)

Stayed in a better room a few stays before. No fan in this room and in a darker location on the ground floor. Also no hair dryer.

Not sure about the location but think that's me not being sure about Santa Marta in general rather than the hotel being badly placed. No hairdryer but the fan dried it quick enough.

Room was lovely, with AC, a fan and a safety deposit box. Big bed. Shampoo and shower gel in the shower. Ice creams for sale in the foyer, great view and a good restaurant menu. Beautiful view and 2 pools. Lovely and helpful staff.

Bathroom was really small. Room was hot during the day because the air conditioning does not turn on until the evening.

Location was close to all the action. Lots of different areas to hang out. Rooftop bar was really nice. Staff was great.

Private rooms are very large with a comfortable bed.

Lighting in the rooms can be improved. I had to use my flashlight constantly. The bathroom was a bit messy so it can improve.

The rooftop was a great spot for a couple of beers and the night with the live salsa was magical. In general the hostel is great.

The room was great, staff were amazing and food/pools etc were all above my expectations i really recommend this hostel/hotel.
