The only downside was our shower leaked but was not overly bothersome as we would just hang the bath mat so it could dry a bit.

The location is perfect and right on the beach/boardwalk. The staff was amazing; so helpful and generous. The room were cleaned so well and the AC is really powerful.

To get to the rooms you must go up a flight of stairs so be prepared to do so. This means carrying your luggage up and down when you arrive and leave.

The property is right on the beach. Many restaurants near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had a small refrigerator. Along with an a/c that was nice and cool. I did not rent a room with a view but I did not need to as the beach was down the stairs. They also had coffee and bottled water. So bring your water bottle.

I was expecting the bathroom attached (inside) my bedroom but it was separated even though it was vey closed, was right there next door, and, that when I claimed, they said that we were the only ones are going to be using it, still it wasn’t inside the room as the usual and that kind of disappointed me. Otherwise everything was ok.

it’s loud during the night (sometimes as long as 4am) and water under shower had bad smell so you had to run water for 2 min to have normal water plus it was cold. I was aware of that so for me not a big deal but for some people it can be bit annoying.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was really kind and always with a big smile in their faces. The location is excellent, it's just in front of the beach and you can go walking to the airport and to the city shops.

the ac leaked a lot of water on the floor. I found a pool of water in the morning I put the trash can to collect the water dripping from the ac. i informed the receptionist and he offered a mop so u could mopped it myself. i didn’t do it but after on housekeeping mopped it and someone fixed the leaking ac. I guess it was fine expected that receptionist.

During my stay the hotel appeared to be having some sort of construction work going on. The noises were loud and woke me up at around 8am and kept going on til about 10am. By that time I figured I start my day. The room I stayed at is close to the reception and could hear the staff conversations from the bedroom early in the morning.

The location was great, beach front and the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately for the hotel, there is huge large speakers from business nearby that won’t let you sleep because of the noise. The hotel itself was great and accommodating, but unless you’re planning on partying till 4 am this might not be the unit for you. When I get an ocean view room I hope to hear the ocean to help me sleep, I did not hear the ocean once during the night even though it was a Sunday

Very loud and noisy outside the bedroom with people playing music on the beach and in the shop below, late into the evening, and the room had little soundproofing.

Not very clean, no hot water, bathroom smelt. Beds very uncomfortable. Safe didn’t work and no instructions on how to use it. Very loud at night, seemed there was a party on the street until the early hours

When I arrived they hadn't a room to me and sent me to a cheaper hotel for one night and they supposedly to have a room next day. When I came back next day they still haven't a room available and I had to wait three hours in a reception full of mosquitoes. They "solved" my case after I called booking support.
