This is such a lovely place to stay. It's is very well maintained and clean. Beautiful views and beautiful building. The family that run it are delightful very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the centre too. I highly recommend it .

Wonderful!! The bed was very comfortable,shower was great and location perfect. I’ve never seen a 9.6 rating on booking.com and they deserve every bit of this high rating. Our bus left at 5 am the next morning so I told the owner not to worry about breakfast.We were shocked when he got up and prepared us a hot to go meal for the trip! Exceptional!!!

What a gem of a hotel! The staff is lovely and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very tasty as well. We have stayed in other hotels in Villa de Leyva, but this was by far our favorite. We will be back!

One night there was nearby noise, but this is sort of unavoidable given the close quarters of buildings in Villa de Leyva.

Really great stay. Room was nice and bright and extremely clean. Breakfast was awesome and the breakfast room/common room was great with really nice views of the nearby mountains. Location was really convenient for exploring the town.

A wonderful building right on the edge of the old town and just 5 mins walk to the main square of this beautiful town. It is such a cosy family run place and the breakfast was excellent.

A perfect choice for Villa de Leyva. Around a 5-min walk from the main square, this is a great hotel. Beautiful building. Absolutely huge bed! Everything in the room (including a safe) was very good. Very friendly staff and the best breakfast I had during my visit to Colombia. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Villa de Leyva.

The hotel is located at the corner of a street that has from time to time some level of traffic. There is a bit of noise coming from the there, but it is not unbearable.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villa del Angel in Villa de Leyva and had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in the historical center of the town, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the clean and decent bathroom. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast made to order. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Villa de Leyva.

There were dead bugs in the shower. The room was in direct view of the breakfast dining area so everything can be seen if the covers are not closed properly.

We stayed in a king bed room (room # 3), facing the hotel corner and it was a dream! It was spacious, impeccable, bathroom was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was astounding and peaceful at the same time. The room has a small table and 2 chairs with a candle, perfect for a romantic glass of wine (which we actually enjoyed as we took a bottle of wine with us for the trip). We are heavy sleepers so we did not listen to any noise mentioned by other guests. Breakfast was perfect, three different options are offered, so there is variety and portions are generous. Fruit is portioned same style as big hotels, so we can tell the hotelier experience of the owner Doña Otilia and her daughter, who run the hotel in a quality management way. We would definitely be back!

Staff, cleanness, location, calm… amazing place. the owners are taking care of everything and they are actually from Villa de Leyva. Filtered water and tea available at all times. Very accessible, on foot from the bus station or by car.
