Communication regarding to the Amazon activities they offer can improve a bit. Had to hear from other travellers how to prepare properly. But might be a bit unfair as I do not have any comments on the stay in the hostel itself!

They offer several tours so in case you really don't know what to do, you will have options. You can enjoy the swimming pool (it's a bit warm, but what not in the Amazon). You can try to dry out your clothes in some racks but the humidity will make it hard, they offer laundry service if needed. They offer breakfast, tasty eggs and bread toasts. The staff was kind and helpful.

Loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed for longer - it has such a great traveller vibe, we enjoyed hanging out around the pool and in the hammocks and chatting to all the lovely volunteers and guests who were arriving back from/arriving ahead of their tours into the jungle... the staff are super helpful and friendly. We also did the 3 day/2 night Javari river and Zacambu tour with the hostel, which was awesome.

The hostel is a little further out from the centre of town; should you need to take bags on any of the boats from the main port then you will need to travel by tuk tuk/car.

I stayed for one night following my stay in Puerto Narino as my flight from Leticia was early the next day. The hostel is very relaxed and is a great place to meet people if you are staying for more than one night. The hostel offers a number of tours and activities and it was very easy to arrange these once I arrived. The best thing was the volunteers who were so friendly and helpful throughout.

One guy of the staff misunderstood a conversation in Italian among us and changed his mood towards us..but never mind, we enjoyer our stay and anyway everything was good

Nice hostel in amazing Leticia. Staff was helpful, we had the opportunity to enjoy a two days adventure in the jungle, rooms and toilette were clean. We met other tourists during our trip in Colombia and we recommended them to go to Casa de Las Palmas.

On Booking.com, it said that guests were allowed to use the kitchen. When we checked in however, they told us we couldn't... In the end they let us use the kitchen though.

The wifi was not great but neither was it good anywhere in Leticia. The kitchen was a little bit small is crowed when more than one person is trying to cook.

This was an excellent hostel. There were ample spaces to chill and hang out a very nice pool and even a small outside gym! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The shower rooms were big and had a lot of space. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.
