I'd read reviews that the breakfast service was slow & it was. Took over an hour from ordering. During that time some people just left.

Great value for money. Small but comfortable, clean room with ensuite. Breakfast was included & a good portion size & choice from the menu versus many other places I've stayed in Colombia. Easy 5 minute walk to the main area of Santa Marta. Helpful staff, even if they don't speak English & my Spanish is next to none. Even called a taxi to the airport for me.

The location is great, in a walking distance of the boardwalk and city attractions. However, the neighborhood has too many homeless and some people are doing drugs in the corners. Nothing nor nobody aproached me or harmed me but the walking around was uncomfortable

I don't like the location, it was ubicated near to Port and the sector could be dangerous after certain hours

The food was good and cheap, it likes me. The room was confortable with Air conditioning.

The swimming pool was nice, and the sauna but it's already a sauna outside or You should also have an ice bath, that would be perfecto.

The wifi was not amazing. And don’t have breakfast if you’re in a hurry (I waited for 45 minutes for eggs and coffee 😆).

Good location and block from the sea and close to the are with bars, restaurants and sights. Cute little pool on the rooftop.

I met many beggars in the streeat close to the hotel.

The inside of the hotel was a bit noisy, probably because of the strong brisa, with doors and windows shaking. There was some construction going on which made it hard to get to the hotel and the are around the entrance was a bit dark and dodgy at night. The shower was not working properly.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was quite central, near the bars, the seaside and the central market. Overall I felt very welcome and comfortable in the hotel and it was nice to have the swimming pool.

No hot water. Basic or poor breakfast, no selection. Located at the end of the main strip or avenue, and to go back to the attractions, one must walk around a building used as a public urinal. It stinks, next to it you’ll find beggars and filth all over. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault. However, I mentioned this so you’re aware. I probably would not book here again, because of similar prices on better locations.

Hotel built recently, and every thing in it is in good shape. Friendly staff, it counts with laundry service. Relatively near all attractions like restaurants, parks, bars, etc. About 20 minutes drive from airport.

The location on booking.com showed the wrong address and I ended up in a bad area of town at night! Breakfast was really small. The room was tiny with no outside window.

Clean... quiet for Santa Marta. Not as great a location as being downtown but so much quieter so probably better.

The location might not be in the best part of the tourist area but I feel that is changing.

The price was right. Basic accommodation but great staff.

-the hotel is only a couple of streets away from the city center but I didn’t feel safe at night walking around there. it got quite sketchy - there is no warm water in the shower

Like most hotels in Colombia there is no sound insulation. Had a room next to the street. Couldn't sleep because of the noise. Unfortunately could only change rooms after 2 nights.

The street outside of the hotel floods very easily when it rains and it smells bad.

Breakfast isn't very good. Latte with a lot of sugar, and eggs with a too much salt. Simple but not cheap.
