Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PanamaWe have been there for the 3rd time and it seems like the rooms need some kind of touch up. The staff at the reception desk was slow and the staff in the restaurant for breakfast very friendly but overwhelmed. Things were missing on the buffet, waiting time for drinks long.

United StatesThe facilities in the hotel could do wit a lot of improvement! The workout area consisted of three treadmill type machines cramped together on the roof! The jacuzzi would have been nice if only it had water in it!
The staff was, without exception, were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was really nice to walk around with great options for coffee, drinks and dining. I felt very safe.

Location and the staff. Everything you could need or want is within a block or two of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. Good in room air conditioning, which isn’t common in Colombia.

United StatesHousekeeping made our beds, and take the used towels but didn’t leave any clean towels nor left extra toilet paper. This happened in both rooms we had. The room temperature was not the best. In regards to the spa, we had the full package and truly only enjoyed the pool area therapy.
Breakfast was reasonable, however most items will run out quickly and were not restocked unless we asked. Employees were attentive and friendly, definitely were understaffed.

The breakfast was very good the location is right in the center of the gringo Gulch and Nicki and the crew at the front desk are fantastic, I have been staying at this particular facility for close to 15 years and it’s always been satisfying. The Italian restaurant is now open 24 hours and that’s a great plus.

AustraliaOn final night, when i tried to order from room service, i apologised for my imoerfect Spanish but the kitchen staff just hung up the phone on me. I called reception to have them olace the food order. But after an hour it still hadnt arrived. I called reception for an answer. They said the kitchen had run out of the item i wanted (but why wasn't I informed of that straight away?) They changed the irder to another item. They still wanted tipd for the service. This was a BIG MINUS from what was otherwise a good stay. Plus, they failed to make my wake up call on the final morning. Lucky I woke up or I would have missed my flight. They just laughed and shrugged it off.

United StatesThe outside of the hotel and the hotel lobby look modern and fancy, but unfortunately, the rooms don't reflect the same feel. We had a great view of the city, but that was probably the best thing about the room. The room itself was dark, the bed was hard, and the sheets were scratchy. The bathroom was also very dimly lit and uncomfortable to linger in for long. The AC also seemed like an older unit that did not get cold.
The hotel is in a great location in Laurales, located in a roundabout next to many restaurants and bars near the main area for nightlife in the neighborhood. It's a great alternative to staying in El Poblano if you want a less tourist/expat filled neighborhood. It was easy and safe to wander around for dinner and drinks, and easy to grab taxis and Ubers to go to and from other parts of the city. The roundabout also has a small park where a local band played one night. The reception hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice buffet downstairs consisting of Colombian and continental foods. For those wanting to take the metro, the closest stops were about 15-20 minutes walk away. We walked it once during the day, and it was a pleasant enough walk during daylight. The hotel is located about 30 minutes drive from the airport when there is no traffic, and anywhere from 1-2 hours with traffic. Note that if you Uber to the hotel, the Uber map has several different versions of Inntu Hotel, so be careful which one you plug in. It should be the location near the Segundo Parque de Laureles. We arrived at 10 pm and chose the wrong Inntu Hotel in Uber, and we were dropped off in the middle of a random neighborhood. Luckily we were able to call another Uber and get to the right place.
