Only 8 minutes walk from the town, but in the lush forests. Birds are around - we loved the whole experience! Amazing time, we had our own car it had free parking and everything. I recommend the stand alone bungalows - terrace with hammocks, huge bathroom. We were a bit cold and got 2 heaters right away, it made our room super warm :) The breakfast is great, jacuzzi with the view is excellent also!

The path to town in the jungle has no light so it’s difficult to come back after 18:00, I recommend adding some lamps on this path

Great location on the amazing view although a bit far from the town and the path back is up hill , great facility and room with fantastic view from the balcony, great staff and great food , highly recommended.

We loved our stay ! We loved the breakfast, the view from both our private deck and also the deck that is open to all. The staff was very kind and helpful , we appreciated their recommendations. I absolutely recommend staying here and would stay again! Very quiet location and there is a path to town that takes about 5 minutes

The property was beautiful, with excellent views, away from the hustle and bustle - but close enough to walk to town. Such a great place and everyone working there was amazing and very gracious. We loved it!

For our departure the staff handled our stuff and transferred it to the car without us knowing or having prepared for it. Although well-intentioned this took us by surprise and added a bit of unnecessary commotion.

Amazing location with wonderful view of mountains and valley. The jacuzzi can be reserved for free and is a spectacular treat. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The Hotel is in the mountains with great views from the room and from the restaurant, you can spot birds while having breakfast. The breakfast was great local food veggie and non-veggie. Rooms were clean and tidy, everything was very nice. There is a shortcut from town which takes you through a path in the mountains, please take a flashlight and repellent. It takes about 5 minutes or 15 minutes if you start from the main road in town. Also we booked a driver from the airport with the hotel as well as a full day tour. It was great and the price was fair. We would definitely come again.

Many things: -the service -the food -the location and the view -the hot tub in our room -the sauna I would only recommend a stay in Kawa Mountain. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly. The location is amazing and you have awesome views. I would definitely come back here when coming back to Salento.

- a bit cold in the room at night and in the morning - the shower is located outside and it can be a bit cold - no safe in the room - no basic bathroom stuff such as a hairdryer, tissues etc

- location of the hotel: very close to the center - amazing view on the valley - very quiet and calm atmosphere: good if you want to relax - staff was very nice and professional - communication with the concierge and the hotel in general via WhatsApp: very helpful and easy - activities offered by the hotel are exceptional! I recommended the Carbonera Valley and the Cacao Farm. - breakfast is great

It was a memorable stay. Very beautiful property and amazing views, very close to the center of the village on foot. The staff is very attentive and helpful to organise all the activities. My room was fantastic, hot tub in the terrace was a great advantage. Very relaxing atmosphere. Canelazo (passion fruit tea) with or without aguardiente in the afternoon brought to the room was fantastic. I also took 2 massages in the evenings and It was great. Kawa is one of those places where I wish to come back one day.

The only small disadvantage of the place is the location. The walk to the hotel from the town requires climbing quite high stairs to the view point so not recommended to people with disabilities (you can always take the taxi) but on the other hand the location helps to connect to the nature and makes it very unique experience.

Amazing place with beautiful views. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you would need. (Fridge and unlimited filtered water for free) Great terrace with hammock makes the stay very relaxing. Shared jacuzzi and sauna are great additions after Cocora trekking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
