The hotel is a 25 minute walk UP HILL from the Poblado park. I did not realize that the hotel was this far from the commercial area. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in my room for the entirety of the stay which prevented the toilet from emptying properly. A maintenance person attempted to fix the toilet but was not successful. I guess I could have requested to switch rooms but was too lazy after settling in. The two elevators in the hotel were tiny and there was sometimes a wait for an empty one.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay with great tropical fruits and cakes on most days. The food was also excellent when I ordered dinner there. Most of the staff were quite helpful.

Could have more amenities such as a pool . Breakfast selection could be bigger/better. It would have been helpful if more of the staff spoke better English.

Property was nice, up to date, and clean. Location was close to el poblado/provenza but far enough to get away from the bars and music

I wish it included a pool or gym but thats more of a personal thing. I would still go there again for everything else.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very accommodating with certain requests. the place included breakfast and good wifi connection. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and helpful with certain requests made. I would recommend the place for business trips.

Excellent location , the food and staff are amazing. Fabian, Alejandro,Walter,Carlos , Jorge great energy, service , beyond excellent. The second shift staff from the bar areas the lady and bartender always checking and making sure we didn’t anything. Excellent, I will definitely come back.

The ONLY thing that could have been better is that, while our room was an AMAZING value that we would have easily payed triple for, the WiFi didn’t reach to our corner, top floor room. We got a complementary upgrade to this room and would EASILY trade the remarkable views we got for no WiFi any day. The WiFi in the lobby and patio were fantastic.

What an amazing deal - beautiful rooms, beautiful patio, walkable to some awesome areas, loved it.

I came to the hotel at 12:00 so in noon time and i wanted to ask can i leave my beg and go eat and then after i can come back later and check in at 2-3pm. The guy who worked at frontdesk told me that maybe he can find me a room before check in. So i waited and he found a room that was available so i check in 2-3h before i suppose to check in. That is 10/10 service. Everything else is okay but this was big help for me so i can instantly have rest and i dont have to wait 2h somewhere.

The light timer in the hallways, if no one is on the floor the lights will go off. & if someone is on the fl the lights will come on. Just a safety issue for me.

Property looked new and modernized on the inside. Clean hotel from the rooms to outside of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was good. I like how the floors went by alphabetical instead of numbers.

The hotel is quite nice, everything is clean and modern. It was relatively easy to find and is pretty close to everything in Poblado. The breakfast is great, far beyond what most breakfasts in US hotels will give you, and the property itself is just overall nice and comfortable.

Guest fee is even higher than Grand Hyatt in Bogota.. Grand Hyatt guest fee is 60000cop, and lettera hotel is 80000cop. It's pure cardio to go back to the hotel from the restaurants in Provenza, because you have to climb up the slope.

The breakfast is decent. It changes a few items each day.
