Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaThe hotel doesn't have hot water, but the cold one is still acceptable for shower. No possibility to open the room window to get fresh air. Luggage storage is not secured and you need to trust on honesty of others.
The room was big and very clean. Rooftop was very nice and could see the entire area, including the sea. Breakfast was good and prepared on spot based on preferences and availability. Airco in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The location is pretty good, you have all you need close by though the street is not the best looking, there is a grocery store, cheap restaurants and it's a walking distance from the city center, the fancy stores and the bus stop.

BelgiumWell, I asked for a quiet room but I guess noice is hard to escape: neighbours' music and roosters. And this probably counts for everywhere in the city. So I suggest if you are a light sleeper like I am to not forget your earplugs.
A small but good breakfast to start perfectly your day. There is a roofterrace where you can enjoy the evenings. Very friendly staff and a big thank you to the cleaning ladies.

GermanyOnly cold water. And you only learn this after placing the reservation in a welcome message you receive. Plus there was no pressure on the shower. Views out of our window where a lot of trash on the back of the hostel. Could be taken care of. Beware there are a lot of roosters in town. And they start singing around 4 am. If you wake up easily at night it will be hard to sleep after that time. In general a bit expensive for what you get.
Very good location. Close to the beach and main docks where you take the boat tours. Very nice and helpful staff. They always had a smile on their face and were happy to give suggestions on what to do in the island. Although a small hostel, reception 24 hours was very helpful since we arrived very late (3 AM) and did some early sunrise tours.
