The staff is friendly but not very helpful. We booked two nights on booking and ask for an arrival one day earlier. They confirmed on WhatsApp but when we arrived the lady at the reception knew nothing and just said that it wasn't her shift.. Bad communication but we luckily got a room anyway but had to change rooms after one night.. The location isn't the best. Rather far away from El Poblado centro.

Nice hostel with a stylish atmosphere. The rooms are bright, well equipped but rather small. Common areas are nice! Event though it's next to the highway it's not noisy since the windows are very good.

I booked a quadruple room for 2 people, however, when I arrived at the hostel they gave me a double room. They gave me something totally different to what I booked! They said it happens because we are two and the system changes it automatically. This is not a good reason!

The hostel was easy to find. The staff was great and the price for what I received is ok.

Honestly, when I arrived I thought I'd give the property a rating of 4-5 because it definitely didn't match my expectations. (also barely anyone spoke even basic English, I didn't mind it but it may be challenge) Let me start with the check-in or almost non-existent process of it. I arrived around 11pm and there was a lady there waiting but she didn't explain me anything, I had to ask her anything from the Internet to the room, to the breakfast etc It really didn't feel like a hostel at all. Granted, next morning another lady was much nicer and more helpful. Then, there is no elevator (I saw that in the comments so I knew to expect it, but I still think it's important for most of us travellers and the hallways are very narrow). Secondly, the toilet and the shower are both two separate mini spaces. I barely had space to sit on the toilet and the shower had no hangers or anything like that at all to put my clothes or my towel! There was a hanger outside of the shower door but I didn't feel comfortable opening shower door next to other showers naked. Both the shower and the toilet was very clean, though, so I was happy with that. BUT at first I thought there is no hot water - it could be stated that you have to wait and it's unclear which one to open for the heat and then wait. Then there is the Internet, in my room it didn't work at first at all, then I finally got one of the networks to work but whichever one I tried, they all didn't work in my room. The least thing I want to do after long travelling period is go downstairs to get connected to get information about my travels for next day. Just to be clear, the Internet at the breakfast terrace and second floor was very good but it wasn't helpful to me as I had to make some calls in my room. I'd also add trash bins in the room - it was weird not having one.

I liked how close it was to shopping malls in Poblado, that's what I needed so it was easy and quick to get there. I really appreciated the driver picking me up at the airport and bringing me back to the hostel (extra charge, of course, but so worth it!). I thought the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was adequate. I liked the vibe, everyone staying seemed to be really nice. Everything was clean and prepared for guests. The facilities are there and it could be a great place but I don't think it's a place for those who need Internet while travelling.
