The cleanest and friendliest hotel that I ever stayed in my life. Very chick decorated with small details and very helpful and always with a smile personal. 24h avaliable behind the reception. The room was bright and cleaned every morning, fresh towels and water. We had a very nice time there and will be back for sure! Thank you again! 🩷

- it was a bit annoying having to ring the doorbell every single time when wanting to enter the hotel and having to wait for the door to be opened - it might make sense the first time when checking in, but after having a roomcard, it should be possible to go into the hotel with this roomcard - sound insulation could be improved, as the room was facing the street (but by Colombian standards, the insulation was better than in other hotels) - price was a bit too expensive for what you get

+ modern room layout + clean room + relatively safe area & surroundings + nice inner courtyard + WiFi was working fine

I found no faults, but some people might think the window blinds let in too much light. I slept well regardless.

A very minor detail: a hairdryer in the room would have been great, but also it wasn't that important, so I didn't ask to see if they had one for me, which they potentially might have been able to provide.

Nice little hotel in a really great location near/in Zona G. Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean, comfortable and stylish rooms. Will definitely stay there again when I'll return to Bogota next time.

Only, small, issue is that there isn't any air conditioning in the room. Which makes sense given the cool temperatures. However, we only had one, small window that opened so it got stuffy at night. A fan in the room would make a huge difference.

Fantastic location. First visit to Bogotá and LOVED the neighborhood. Felt safe and clean and architecture was reminiscent of old Europe. Many shops, bars, eateries in walking distance. Staff was friendly (if you don't speak Spanish, be prepared with a translator), space was beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds.

There was no fan or ac in room.

The location of the property is an absolute gem, lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The aesthetics were a major plus for us. The outdoor balcony was a nice place for us to hang out drink our morning coffee or fresh squeezed OJ you could make yourself. The staff really made us feel at home.

I speak some broken Spanish, so I could be understood 100%, but it would be good for the staff to learn a bit of English.

Modern, elegant and practical in the best sense of the word, one of the most pleasant rooms I had. Everyone from the staff very friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast, not too big, but more than sufficient. Could not imagine a better place to stay, enough restaurants and small shops around this safe part of Chapinero. Excellent and affordable airport transfer, organised by hotel, 15 US$!

Another phenomenal stay at Lucitania Hotel. It's like coming home! The gorgeous common area by the massive fireplace is a favorite. And the manager Estella even lit a "welcome fire" for us the first night. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bogota.

This was my second time staying at Lucitania Hotel. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I go to Bogota. Phenomenal value for well designed, spacious rooms, and gorgeous common areas with the most friendly and accommodating staff (Especially Estella!) The neighborhood -- even the street you're on -- offers hip cafes, bookstores, and restaurants. I can't wait for my next stay!

The doorbell could be a bit quieter, but on the 4th floor this was not a huge issue.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. They were very flexible and understanding about our flights being cancelled and rescheduled, and very helpful with everyone once we arrived. Great value for money, as well.

Walls are very thin, you can even hear other people coughing, but that didn't cause any problems, we aren't light sleepers
