We were in the room on the ground floor, tiny bit of noise coming from the reception when greeting the customers - not much can be done for it.

The bathroom was clean and modern, but the water pressure was variable and there wasnt really hot water (only cold-luke warm) - that was ok since it was so hot out most days. Otherwise, it was great!

Excellent location only a short walk to the lively Parque de Novios or the beach. Comfortable and spacious rooms with strong A/C. We also enjoyed the roof top pool and breakfast.

Our room was big, comfortable beds, great A/C, the hotel in general was very clean. Great security. There was always someone at the front desk, as the door was always locked. They also have an elevator which always helps. The root top pool was small but perfect. We enjoyed many margaritas at the bar in the shade. Thank you Carolina! The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to the Marina, shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for all of your help Eddie, and all the wonderful friendly staff!

We stay here (and some other hotels in the city) with some frequency as we live in the area. The breakfast is pretty mediocre and the coffee-well let’s just say I bring my own now. Plus, no conditioner in the shower? Women/long hairs know this is a necessity, not a luxury.

Love the front desk staff. They are always extraordinary! The location and how super spacious the rooms are is fantastic! Dinner restaurant, while not a busy place had delicious options and we were all happy to eat there a couple of times.

I had hoped for balcony with garden view, but instead my view was rooftops of neighboring buildings. Not a big deal I understand because of the location.

Alko hotel was in a good location 2 min from the beach and all the restaurant for the dinner. There is a safe for ur valuables. The breakfast is simple but very tasty fresh juice amd fruits. Pool is tiny on the roof but had a nice vibe. Staff is very friendly and helpful is you need to navigate around thw city or organizing tours. They give you towels if you go to the pool beach or trip as well.

We were given a somewhat dark room on the first floor with no option to move to a higher floor - the way the building is designed there was not much natural light coming in. Also, this was an accessible room, so there was no glass wall for the shower, so the water got all over the floor. Finally, there was a stain on the duvet (inside the cover) from a prior guest - I did not notice this until the last night of our stay.

This is a modern little hotel right in the historic center of Santa Marta. The staff were all very friendly, from the front desk attendants to the housekeeper to the restaurant waitress upstairs. The bed was very comfortable too. The bathroom was enormous.

Amazing service they are always there to help and make your stay wonderful. The place is clean and has a great location with some of the best restaurants in town no more than a five minute walk away. We will sure come back if we are ever in SM again.

The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Parque de los Novios, hence all the restaurants and shops are within a short walk. The rooms are large with black out shades. The shower in the bathroom is amazing. The rooftop pool is a good size for the boutique hotel. The breakfast has five options to choose from and they are a good serving size. (Really liked the Cayeye) Overall, very nice boutique hotel!

Bad communication before my arrival (no response). No hot water in the shower. The cleaning of the room was done promptly but not the best job of changing linens and towels. Overpriced in my opinion compared to other properties in the area.

Everything great except that we were tomd that we had to lay for a second cup of coffee at breakfast that was included in the price. Fussy and disappointing but that is our only complaint for an otherwise excellent stay.
