The staff, especially the girls in reception, need to improve their attitude. Very unfriendly and hostile. Met several and not one female receptionist was friendly. Upon check in the girl didn’t inform me on anything else than the absolute necessary. Found later on that they had a kitchen, some activities and served breakfast (tried once- not good value at all). This is more of a hotel than hostel. As a solo traveler the rooftop was a bit intimidating. The 8 bed female dorm was clean and spacious. Some didn’t have the dorm courtesy but that’s just how it is sometimes. No ventilation in the room other than the windows. Which became super hot some nights and suuuuper loud during the weekends. They do provide a personal fan but it’s suuuuper noisy and mine didn’t work. I had to remind the staff of this several times which was a bit annoying especially when the girl I talked to just rolled her eyes on me..

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Rooftop had music and we could hear on room; it did not bother me but it did to some of my group. Towels and sheet had stains.

I was a little disappointed that the rooftop bar closes so early. There were some issues with the payment that took weeks to solve.

The sleeping pods are very nice and spacious. The rooms have their own bathrooms attached.

It would be helpful to have more opportunity to meet with other travellers as there was a strong digital working vibe, which meant it was hard to connect with people (especially being in a private room). Our shower also leaked through the bathroom unless the pressure was relatively low.

The room was comfortable, and hostel very modern and well set up with great activities, and decent food and drinks. The kitchen was small but had most things you needed and was easy to use (and clean). The bar staff were also very friendly and thank you to the restaurant staff for helping with gluten free options. Their bar was one of the best we visited on our entire trip and cocktails delicious. We had a lot of fun with the free activities (although the salsa night was chaos) and only wished there were more (or less karaoke haha).

Amazing place in Medellin. Facilities are great. There is a pool in the rooftop. The rooms are really clean, bed with curtains and big lockers. The hostel is in a nice area close to different option of restaurant. A recommand this place if you want some confort in a hostel.

The toilet door in the shared bathroom wouldn't shut, unless slammed which would wake everyone up.

I really enjoyed the free activities such as dance classes. The dance teacher was lovely ! The hostel has a beautiful rooftop. The restaurant is really nice, and the staff made me a special burger to suite my allergies.

Very hard to say any negative things about this hostel because everything was great. The location is a couple of blocks away from the main street where the bars and clubs are but it's not too far of a walk. You just have to be weary when walking at night. Many people get there phones stolen from their pockets.

This hostel was honestly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was such a good price for a hostel. We had a private room on the 6th floor and it was comfortable and quiet. The hostel has a restaurant and bar on the ground floor with delicious burgers. The rooftop has a bar and pool area with lots of spaces to sit and socialise. i would definitely come back here again

This place is like Mega Hostel. Everything there is just so good. I stayed in other hostels in the are as well and this plce is by far better.

The place is epic. It has all possible amenities - restaurants, rooftop bar, swimming pool, cafeteria and so on. They meet us with a voucher for a welcome drink. Everything is new and stylish. I was super pleased! At the reception, they even lend us a metro card.

Everything! The view was undoubtedly the best part though. Watching the sunset and the skyline at night was incredible, and the dance classes were a highlight. Breakfast was great (if you choose to have it), and the staff were really helpful. Felt very secure and the location was probably as good as it could be: near everything you needed but far away enough that you still felt the quiet at night. Was nice to have a warm shower too, since I know a lot of places in Colombia don’t. Met some incredible people there, and I’ll miss it a lot. Got quite emotional leaving!
